PURPOSE:To perform safely and continuously melting and solidifying of a plastic waste material, by a method wherein high-temperature and high-pressure air is sent to a melting furnace through a nozzle and a blow-off port of a side wall of a tubular screw shaft and the plastic waste material reduced through softening is solidified cylindrically by a molding cylinder.
