Abstract
PURPOSE:To rapidly and certainly perform the insert operation of a bifurcated claw body in a bundling member, by mounting the rising and falling driving apparatus and rotational driving apparatus for the bifurcated claw body to a take-up support and further mounting the rotation stop position detecting apparatus and rotation stop control apparatus for said bifurcated claw body. CONSTITUTION:A bifurcated claw body 10 is mounted to a take-up support 23 in a freely rotatable manner so as to rise and fall therealong and a rotation stop position detecting apparatus 27 for detecting the rotary position of said bifurcated claw body is provided to the take-up support 23. When a parcel 2 reaches an unpacking position 7, the lift cylinder 11 of a take-up apparatus 6 is contracted and the bifurcated pawl body 10 falls to be inserted in the bundling member 4 and a cutting blade 9 advances to cut the bundling member 4. The motor 12 of the take-up apparatus 6 is rotated and the bifurcated claw body 10 takes up the bundling member 4 at a high speed and is subsequently stopped. Next, the motor 12 begins to rotate slowly and the rotary position of the bifurcated claw body 10 is changed. In the rotation stop position detecting apparatus 27, an order signal is outputted from a rotation stop control apparatus 29 and the bifurcated claw body 10 is certainly inserted in the next bundling member 4.
