Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain the pour device of a packing container simple in opening operation, by mounting the cleavage part formed between a pair of opposed cleavage lines and the breaking part connected to one end of the cleavage part and having a breaking edge provided to the leading end part thereof to the main body of the pour device. CONSTITUTION:A pair of parallel cleavage lines 5, 5 are formed to the main body 3 of a pour device (d) in opposed relationship in the longitudinal direction thereof and a cleavage part 6 is formed between said cleavage lines 5, 5. When an opening operating piece 4 is picked by fingers to be erected, a breaking part 10 is tilted downwardly around a hinge part 12 and the breaking edge 11 thereof breaks a seal film 2b by the sharp end thereof. When the opening operating piece 4 is raised continuously, the cleavage part 6 is cut off from the other part of the pour device main body 3 along the cleavage lines 5, 5 to be revolved upwardly and the seal film 2b bonded to the back surface of the breaking part 10 is also cut off from the other part of the seal film and a pour hole 15 is formed between the cleavage lines 5, 5.
