Abstract
PURPOSE:To obtain the title film excellent in transparency and nonhazing property, capable of keeping nonsticky adhesiveness and not causing a lingering scent, by mixing a vinylidene chloride resin with a diglycerol monooleate component and a monoglycerol monooleate component. CONSTITUTION:A mixture is obtained by mixing diglycerol monooleate with monoglycerol monooleate at a ratio of 7-3:3-7. In a vinylidene chloride resin composed of 85-97wt.% vinylidene chloride and 15-3wt.% monomer (e.g., vinyl chloride) copolymerizable therewith are dispersed 0.2-2wt.% said mixture and, optionally, 1-7wt.% plasticizer (e.g., dibutyl sebacate) and 0.5-3wt.% stabilizer (e.g., epoxidized soybean oil). The resulting dispersion is molded into a film by a continuous melt extrusion/inflation film formation process.
