Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ それぞれ帯状をなす正極と負極とをセパレー
    タを介して重ね合せ且つこれらを一緒に渦巻状に
    巻回して構成した発電要素を円筒形電池ケース内
    に収納してなり、前記正極は導電性芯体に活物質
    を添着し保持させたものであり、この正極の一部
    において露出させた前記導電性芯体には電流取出
    し用のリード端子が電気的に直接接続された形式
    であつて、導電性芯体の前記露出面とこの露出面
    を覆う前記セパレータとの間にセパレータ側に固
    着した耐電解液性絶縁シート材を介在させたこと
    を特徴とする渦巻形電池。 ２ 前記附電解液性絶縁シート材が前記セパレー
    タと同じ材料からできたものであることを特徴と
    する実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の渦巻形
