Abstract

NEW MATERIAL:A compound shown by formula I [R1 is H or lower alkyl; R2 is H, (substituted) lower alkyl, lower alkenyl, lower alkynyl, lower alkoxy lower alkanoyl, amino, (substituted) nitrogen-containing heteromonocyclic group or oxygen-containing heteromonocyclic group; Alk is lower alkylene; X is carbonyl or sulfonyl; n is 1 or 2].
EXAMPLE: [2-[{N-(Chloroacetyl)glycyl}amino]malonato](trans-l-1-2-diaminocyclo hexane)platinum (II).
USE: An antitumor agent being preferably parenterally administered.
PREPARATION: A 1,2-diaminocyclohexane platinum complex shown by formula II (X1 and X2 are reactive residue ) is reacted with a 2-(substituted) aminomalonic acid (salt) shown by formula III. The compounds shown by formu la III is a novel substance and is obtained by reacting a compound shown by formula IV (h does not exceed n and is 0W2) with a compound by formula V.
