Abstract

PURPOSE: To simplify a device and to improve the reliability to switching of forward and backward revolutions by providing a piece of transmission connecting/disconnecting member (clutch) to each developing sleeve and executing the transmission driving to the clutches by a piece of motor.
CONSTITUTION: Power transmission means are respectively provided to the respective rotary shafts of the developing sleeves 1AW3A and the single power transmission connecting/disconnection means MC1WMC3 are corresponded to these power transmission means. These power transmission connecting/ disconnecting means are connected commonly to the single driving source 15 which can rotate forward and backward. Namely, the driving control of the plural developing sleeves is enabled by decreasing the number of the power transmission connecting/disconnecting means. The driving transmission with the simplified driving construction is thereby enabled without degrading the reliability.
