それがある。 A roll type filter element is made by wrapping strips of material around an axis and stacking them in a spiral shape. Make a spiral shape and apply adhesive 4 alternately to the top and bottom edges between the pieces.
The one that is adhesive-sealed using a and 4b is cumbersome to manufacture, as the pair of materials 2 and 3 are stacked in advance and two adhesive lines are applied at the top and bottom, and there are two seal lines at the top and bottom ends. This increases the chances of seal leakage. As a countermeasure for this, as shown in the filter element 5 shown in FIG.
There is also a type of adhesive-sealed one, but this one has a layer of adhesive 7 on the open end side of the V-shaped pocket, so there is a difference in thickness between it and the folded part 6a at the other end. A tapered filter element with a smaller diameter on the folded portion 6a side is formed. As a result of the large-diameter side being tightly wound, the V-shaped opening, which serves as the inlet for liquid such as fuel, tends to come into close contact with each other and obstruct the inflow of liquid. If a spacer 8 is inserted to prevent this, the diameter difference described above will further increase. For these reasons, if this filter element is accommodated in the filter casing, there is a risk that the installation will become unstable, or that the material layers will be deformed during use, causing a seal failure.

中央に位置する。 To explain this invention by way of an example, Fig. 3 shows a roll type filter element 1 whose longitudinal section is shown.
0 is a material in which overfill material is wrapped around the shaft core 11. The width direction of the strip material is divided into a first wrap section 13 and a third wrap section 14 on both sides of a second wrap section 12 in the center by crease lines 15 and 16. , 14 to the crease line 15,
The overlayer is formed by folding back in opposite directions by means of 16. The fold lines 15 and 16 form the upper surface 17 and the lower surface 18 of the filter element 10, respectively, by being wound tightly around the axis 11, and the folded first and third cover portions 1
The ends of 3 and 14 are wound between each adjacent layer, that is, the first shearing section 13 and the third sheathing section 14 of the adjacent overlay material which is wound on the axis 11 side, and the third sheathing section 14 is wound on the outer peripheral side. Adjacent sheath members overlap in the first sheath portions 13 and are fixed by adhesive 19 applied to each end. The portion fixed with adhesive 19 is located approximately at the center of both end surfaces 17 and 18 of the filter element.

部分の凹凸は避けることができる。 In addition, as shown in Fig. 4, small protrusions 20 are provided on one surface of the overfill material, and small protrusions 21 are provided on the other surface, both or one of which are provided so that the materials do not come into close contact with each other and maintain a gap to maintain a liquid passage. You can also. In providing the small protrusions 20 and 21, since the material is strip-shaped, it is easy to arrange them so that there are no small protrusions on both side edges, and in this way, unevenness at the bonded part can be avoided. .

The first and third wrapping parts on both sides are folded back in different directions and wound around the axis, and the first and third wrapping parts are adjacent to each other at approximately the center. Since the third pass part and the first pass part are joined and sealed, both sides of the element have a symmetrical structure and have the same diameter, and there is no tapering from one end to the other, making it stable. This shape prevents deformation during use, causing misalignment between the layers, and leakage due to gaps between the layers and the inner wall of the casing.
