Claims (14)
- 互いに略共軸に並設されて屈曲処置具を構成する略筒状のヒンジ部材であって、
軸方向の基端側の端面の少なくとも外縁部に形成されると共に前記ヒンジ部材の径方向に沿って形成された凹部と、先端側の端面の少なくとも外縁部に突設されると共に、前記凹部と90°周方向にずらして配置されると共に前記ヒンジ部材の径方向に沿って形成された凸部とを備え、
前記先端側の端面の前記凸部を除いた位置には、軸方向に貫通する屈曲用貫通孔が形成されることを特徴とするヒンジ部材。 - 請求項1に記載のヒンジ部材において、
軸心部を貫通するデバイス用貫通孔を備えることを特徴とするヒンジ部材。 - 請求項2に記載のヒンジ部材において、
前記デバイス用貫通孔は、軸方向直交断面において略楕円状に形成されることを特徴とするヒンジ部材。 - 請求項2又は3に記載のヒンジ部材において、
前記デバイス用貫通孔は、前記略楕円形状は、前記凸部の対向方向と直交する方向と長軸が平行に形成されることを特徴とするヒンジ部材。 - 請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載のヒンジ部材において、
前記屈曲用貫通孔は、前記一対の凸部の両端にそれぞれ2箇所、合計4箇所形成されることを特徴とするヒンジ部材。 - 請求項1から5のいずれか1項のヒンジ部材において、
前記凸部は、略円弧状に突設すると共に、前記凹部は、前記凸部が摺接可能に前記凸部に対応するように円弧状に形成されることを特徴とするヒンジ部材。 - 請求項1に記載のヒンジ部材において、
軸心部を貫通するデバイス用貫通孔を備え、
前記屈曲用貫通孔は、前記軸方向に沿って、前記屈曲用貫通孔の中心部から前記先端側及び前記基端側の端面に向けて拡径することを特徴とするヒンジ部材。 - 請求項7に記載のヒンジ部材において、
前記凹部は、曲線部と前記曲線部の端部から延びる直線部とを備えることを特徴とするヒンジ部材。 - 請求項8に記載のヒンジ部材において、
前記曲線部の曲率は、前記凸部の先端の曲率と略等しいことを特徴とするヒンジ部材。 - 請求項1に記載のヒンジ部材において、
前記凸部の両側面における前記先端側の端面と連続する位置には、互いに対向する切欠きがそれぞれ形成されることを特徴とするヒンジ部材。 - 請求項7から10のいずれか1項に記載のヒンジ部材において、
前記凹部及び前記凸部は、それぞれ円弧状に形成され、
前記凹部の曲率は、前記凸部の曲率よりも大きく形成されることを特徴とするヒンジ部材。 - 請求項1から11のいずれか1項に記載のヒンジ部材において、
前記ヒンジ部材の軸方向直交断面における径寸法は3.8mm以下に形成されることを特徴とするヒンジ部材。 - 請求項1から12のいずれか1項に記載のヒンジ部材を組み付けたことを特徴とする屈曲部を有する屈曲処置具。
- 請求項13に記載の屈曲処置具であって、
内視鏡チャンネルに挿入されることを特徴とする屈曲処置具。
