Abstract

본 고안은 웨건 차량에서 시트 쿠션과 시트 백이 각각 별개의 힌지장치를 중심으로 따로따로 절첩될 수 있는 뒷 시트의 시트 쿠션 잠금장치에 관한 것이다.
차량충돌시에 시트 쿠션이 회전되지 않도록 잡아줄 수 있도록 하기 위하여, 플로워 패널(5)상에 걸림부(6)를 갖는 고정브래킷(7)을 고정설치하고, 시트 쿠션(1) 저면의 쿠션 패널(8)에는 상기 고정브래킷(7)이 관통할 수 있는 안내구멍(9)을 형성하며, 상기 쿠션 패널(8)상에는 시트 쿠션(1)외부에서 당길 수 있는 쿠션절첩노브(10)와 줄(11)로 연결되고 인장스프링(12)에 의하여 복귀가능며 일측에 상기 걸림부(6)를 해제할 수 있는 걸림해제홈(13)이 형성된 가동판(14)을 상기 고정브래킷(7)을 제어할 수 있도록 양측의 안내레일(15)과 안내편(16,16`)사이에 좌우 이동가능하게 설치한 것이다.

웨건차량의 시트 쿠션 잠금장치
제 1 도는 본 고안의 적용부위를 예시하는 설명도.

본 고안은 웨건차량에서 시트 쿠션과 시트 백이 각각 별개의 힌지장치를 중심으로 따로따로 절첩될 수 있는 뒷 시트의 시트 쿠션 잠금장치에 관한 것이다.
일반적으로 웨건의 뒷 시트의 경우는 세단과는 달리 시트 쿠션과 시트 백을 모두 절첩시켜 화물적재공간 확보를 최대로 고려하고 있는 바 이 경우 제 1 도와 같이 시트 쿠션(1) 앞부위는 회전가능한 경첩(2)으로 되어 있고 시트 쿠션(1) 뒷부위는 특별한 잠금장치가 없다.
이로 인해 차량충돌시 그 충격에 의하여 시트 쿠션이 전방으로 회전되는 경우 승객의 상해가 우려되고 있었다.
본 고안은 이와 같이 차량충돌시에 시트 쿠션이 회전되지 않도록 잡아줄 수 있는 시트 쿠션 잠금장치를 제공하는데 그 목적이 있는 것이다.
본 고안은 상기 목적을 달성하기 위하여 플로워 패널상에 걸림부를 갖는 고정브래킷을 고정설치하고, 시트 쿠션저면의 쿠션 패널에는 상기 고정브래킷이 관통할 수 있는 안내구멍을 형성하며, 상기 쿠션 패널상에는 시트 쿠션외부에서 당길 수 있는 쿠션절첩노브와 줄로 연결되고 인장스프링에 의하여 복귀가능하며 일측에 상기 걸림부를 해제할 수 있는 걸림해제홈이 형성된 가동판을 상기 고정브래킷을 제어할 수 있도록 양측의 안내레일과 안내편사이에 좌우이동가능하게 설치한 것이다.
이하 실시예 도면에 의하여 설명한다.
제 1 도는 본 고안의 적용부위를 예시하는 것으로서 제 1 도의 Z부분을 나타낸 것이 제 2 도이고, 제 3 도는 제 2 도의 A-A선 단면을 나타낸 것이다.
본 고안은 제 1 도와 같이 시트 쿠션(1)이 시트 백(3)과 별개의 경첩(2)과 힌지(4)에 의하여 각각 전방으로 접히거나 펴질 수 있도록 한 것에 있어서, 시트 쿠션(1)의 뒷부위인 Z부분의 플로워 패널(5)상에 걸림부(6)를 갖는 고정브래킷(7)을 고정설치하고, 시트 쿠션(1) 저면의 쿠션 패널(8)에는 상기 고정브래킷(7)이 관통할 수 있는 안내구멍(9)을 형성하며, 상기 쿠션 패널(8)상에는 시트 쿠션(1)외부, 즉 시트 쿠션(1)과 시트 백(3)의 중간에서 승객측으로 돌출하여 손으로 당길 수 있는 쿠션절첩노브(10)와 일단이 줄(11)로 연결되고 타단이 인장스프링(12)에 의하여 복귀가능하게 연결되며 일측에 상기 고정브래킷(7)의 걸림부(6)를 해제할 수 있는 걸림해제홈(13)이 고정브래킷(7)의 폭보다 넓게 형성된 가동판(14)을, 상기 고정브래킷(7)을 제어할 수 있도록 양측의 안내레일(15)과 안내편(16,16`)사이에 좌우 이동가능하게 설치한 것이다. 안내레일(15)과 안내편(16,16`)은 쿠션 패널(8)에 용접되어 있다.
상기에서 줄(11)은 가동판(14)의 일단에 형성된 줄연결고리(17)에 끝단이 묶여지고 중간이 쿠션 패널(8)면에 용접된 줄안내브래킷(17`)을 따라 안내된다. 또 인장스프링(12)은 한쪽이 가동판(14)의 타단에 형성된 스프링연결고리(18)에 걸려있고 다른 쪽은 쿠션 패널(8)면에 용접된 스프링고정브래킷(19)에 걸려 있으며, 가동판(14)이 좌우로 미끄럼운동할 수 있도록 레일 역할을 하는 안내레일(15)과 안내편(16,16`)중에서 안내레일(15)의 일측, 즉 인장스프링(12)이 설치되는 쪽에는 가동판(14)이 스프링 고정브래킷(19)측으로 더 이상 밀려가지 못하도록 하기 위한 걸림플랜지(20)가 형성되어 있다.
제 2 도 및 제 3 도는 플로워 패널(5)에 설치된 고정브래킷(7)이 쿠션 패널(8)의 안내구멍(9)을 통과해 그 걸림부(6)가 가동판(14)에 걸려 있는 상태를 도시하고 있다.
이러한 상태는 시트 쿠션(1)이 제 1 도의 실선과 같이 고정되어 있는 평상시의 상태로서 시트쿠션(1)의 이탈은 가동판(144)에 걸려있는 고정브래킷(7)에 의하여 방지된다.
이와 같은 상태에서 시트 쿠션(1)을 제 1 도의 가상선표시부분과 같이 절첩하기 위해서는 쿠션절첩노브(10)를 당길 필요가 있다.
쿠션절첩노브(10)를 당기면 줄(11)에 연결된 가동판(14)이 제 2 도의 우측으로 당겨지고 인장스프링(12)은 늘어난다. 완전히 당겨지면 가동판(14)의 걸림해제홈(13)이 고정브래킷(7)의 걸림부(6)에 위치하게 되므로 걸림부(6)는 가동판(14)의 구속으로부터 해제상태에 있어 이 상태에서 쿠션절첩노브(10)를 더욱 당기던지 쿠션절첩노브(10)를 당기고 있는 상태에서 시트 쿠션(1)의 후방을 들어올려 전방으로 젖히면 시트 쿠션(1)이 경첩 (2)을 중심으로 제 1 도의 가상선표시와 같이 접혀지게 되는 것이다. 쿠션절첩노브(10)를 놓으면 인장스프링(12)에 의하여 가동판(14)이 복귀한다.
접혀진 시트 쿠션(1)을 다시 펴고자 할 경우에는 시트 쿠션(1)을 제 1 도의 가상선표시에서 실선표시방향으로 눕히면서 쿠션절첩노브(10)를 당기면 가동판(14)의 걸림해제홈 (13)이 안내구멍(9)과 일치하므로 고정브래킷(7)은 가동판(14)에 구속되지 않고 안내구멍(9)내로 들어가게 되고 이러한 상태에서 쿠션절첩노브(10)를 놓으면 가동판(14)이 인장스프링(12)에 의하여 제 2 도의 좌측으로 이동하면서 가동판(14)의 일측에 고정브래킷(7)의 걸림부(6)를 구속하게 되므로 시트 쿠션(1)은 고정되는 것이다.
이와 같이 구성된 본 고안은 평상시에 시트 쿠션의 뒷부분을 고정하여 충돌시 시트 쿠션이 전방으로 젖혀지지 않게 하므로서 승객을 안전하게 보호하게 되며 화물적재 등을 위해 시트 쿠션을 절첩코자 할 경우에는 쿠션 절첩노브만을 당기면 가볍게 시트 쿠션을 절첩할 수 있는 등 사용상의 편의를 제공하게 되는 것이다.

  1. 플로워 패널상에 걸림부를 갖는 고정브래킷이 고정설치되고, 시트 쿠션 저면의 쿠션 패널에는 상기 고정브래킷이 관통할 수 있는 안내구멍이 형성되며, 상기 쿠션 패널상에는 시트 쿠션외부에서 당길 수 있는 쿠션절첩노브와 줄로 연결되고 인장스프링에 의하여 복귀가능하며 일측에 상기 걸림부를 해제할 수 있는 걸림해제홈이 형성된 가동판이 상기 고정브래킷을 제어할 수 있도록 양측의 안내레일과 안내편 사이에 좌우이동가능하게 설치된 웨건차량의 시트 쿠션 잠금장치.
