Claims (2)
- 케이스 속으로 흡입된 분진 공기의 이온화를 위해 분진 공기를 대전시키는 방전극(14)과, 중심 선단에 상기 방전극(14)이 구비되며 고압의 구형파 펄스가 인가되어 상기 방전극(14)에 의해 대전된 공기를 가속시키는 가속 전극판(15)과, 상기 방전극(14) 및 가속 전극판(15)을 중심으로 이를 감싸서 가스 통로를 이루며 격자형으로 배열되고, 상기 방전극(14)에 의하여 대전된 분진을 포집하는 포집극(16)과, 상기 가속 전극판(15) 및 포집극(16)의 가스 통로 종단에 충진되며 부분 방전을 일으켜 상기 포집극(16)을 통과한 청전 공기의 탈취를 실행하는 강유전체 세라믹 절연체(17)와, 상기 강유전체 세라믹 절연체(17)를 충진시키기 위한 절연판(18)으로 구성된 탈취 겸용 전기 집진 장치.
