Abstract

본 고안은 차량용 헤드램프 내부배선구조에 관한 것으로, 백커버(1)의 상단, 좌·우측부에 정착되어진 제1고정부(1a, 1a')와, 이 제1고정부(1a, 1a')에 램프(3)가 결합되어지는 소켓(2)이 구비되어지며, 이 소켓(2)의 후부로 와이어(4)가 접속되어지되, 상기 와이어(4)가 삽입·고정되어지는 11자 형상의 지지대(1b)와, 이 지지대(1b)의 상단부에는 삼각형상의 고정부재(5a, 5a')와 일체로 형성되어진 클립형상의 제2고정부(5)가 취부되어지며, 이 제2고정부재(5a)가 지지대(1b)의 외면부에 구비되어진 체결홈(1c)에 체결·고정되어져 단단히 고정되도록 되어 있다.

Description

차량용 헤드램프 내부배선구조
제1도는 본 고안에 따라 배선이 장착된 백커버의 사시도.
제2도는 제1도의 I-I선 부분단면도.
제3도는 종래 구조로서, 제1도에 대응되는 백커버의 사시도이다.
* 도면의 주요부분에 대한 부호의 설명
1 : 백커버 1a, 1a' : 제1고정부
1b : 지지대 1c : 체결홈

5, 5a': 고정부재
본 고안은 차량용 헤드램프 내부배선구조에 관한 것으로, 특히 와이어가 백커버에 취부되어져 용이하게 조립시킬 수 있도록 된 차량용 헤드램프 내부배선구조에 관한 것이다.
일반적으로 차량의 전방에 부착된 헤드램프는 야간주행시 차량의 전방을 밝게 비추어 줌으로써 운전자의 시야를 확보해 줄 뿐만 아니라 교통사고 예방에도 큰 몫을 하게 되는데 종래 차량용 헤드램프 내부배선구조는 제3도에 도시되 바와 같이, 백커버(1)의 상단 좌·우측 부위에 장착되어진 소정형상의 제1고정부(1a, 1a')와 이 제1고정부(1a, 1a')에 램프(3)가 결합되어지는 소켓(2)이 구비되어진다.
그리고, 상기 소켓(2)의 후부로 와이어(4)가 접속되어 소정부위에 장착된 밧데리(도시되어있지 않음)에 연결되어지고, 이 와이어(4)가 브라켓형상의 제2고정부(5)내부로 삽입되어 백커버(1)의 하단 좌·우측부위에 취부·고정되어지도록 소정형상의 고정부재(5a,5a')가 갖추어진다.
따라서 백커버(1)의 좌·우측 상단부에 구비되어진 소켓(2)의 후부로 와이어(4)가 접속되어지고, 이 와이어(4)가 백커버(1)의 좌·우측 하단부에 체결되어진 제2고정부(5)를 매개로 단단히 고정이 되지만, 조립공수가 많아 작업시간이 지연되는 문제점이 있었다.
이에 본 고안은 위와 같은 문제를 해소하기 위해 안출된 것으로, 와이어가 백커버에 취부되어져 용이하게 조립시킬 수 있도록 된 차량용 헤드램프 내부배선구조를 제공함에 그 목적이 있다.
상기와 같은 목적을 달성하기 위한 본 고안은, 백커버의 상단 좌·우측 부위에 장착되어진 제1고정부로 램프가 결합되어지는 소켓이 구비되어지고, 이 소켓의 후부로 접속되어진 와이어가 클립형상의 제2고정부를 매개로 취부되어 고정되는 구조로 되어 있다.
이해 본 고안을 첨부된 예시도면을 참조로 상세히 설명한다.
제1도는 본 고안에 따라 배선이 장착된 백커버의 사시도인데, 종래 구조를 도시한 제3도와 동일한 부위에는 동일한 참조부호를 붙이면서 그 설명을 생략한다.
본 고안은, 백커버(1)의 상단 좌·우측 부위에 장착되어진 소정형상의 제1고정부(1a, 1a')과, 이 제1고정부(1a, 1a')에 램프(3)가 결합되어지는 소켓이 구비되어지며, 이 소켓(3)의 후부로 와이어(4)가 접속되어 소정부위에 장착된 밧데리에 연결되어지되, 상기 와이어(4)가 브라켓형상의 제2고정부(5)의 내부로 삽입되어 백커버(1)의 하단 좌·우측 부위에 취부·고정되어지도록 소정형상의 고정부재(5a, 5a')가 갖추어진다.
여기서, 상기 백커버(1)의 하단 좌·우측 부위에는 백커버(1)와 일체로 형성되어 와이어(4) 삽입·고정되어지는 11자 형상의 지지대(1b)가 구비되어지되. 상기 지지대(1b)는 제2도에 도시된 바와 같이 상단부에 클립형상의 제2고정부(5)가 취부되고, 이 제2고정부(5)는 삼각형상의 고정부재(5a, 5a')와 일체로 형성되어 있으며, 이 고정부재(5a, 5a')와 체결·고정되어지도록 지지대(1b)의 외면 소정부위에 체결홈(1c)이 구비되어진다.
따라서, 백커버(1)의 좌·우측 상단부에 구비되어진 소켓(2)과, 이 소켓(2)이 후부에 접속되어진 와이어(4)가 상기 백커버(1)의 하단 좌·우측부에 형성되어진 지지대(1b)사이로 삽입되어 체결홈(1c)과 고정부재(5a, 5a')를 매개로 단단히 고정되게 되므로, 상기 백커버(1)에 와이어(4)를 용이하게 조립할 수 있게 된다.
이상 설명한 바와 같이 본 고안에 의하면, 지지대 사이로 삽입되어진 와이어가 제2고정부를 매개로 백커버에 취부되어지므로 용이하게 조립시킬 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 작업시간이 단축되어지는 효과가 있다.

  1. 백커버(1)의 표면으로 램프(3)가 끼워지는 소켓(2) 및 와이어(4)가 취부되는 차량용 헤드램프 내부배선구조에 있어서, 상기 백커버(1)의 하단 좌·우측 부위에 백커버(1)와 일체로 형성되어 와이어(4)가 삽입·고정되어지는 11자 형상의 지지대(1b)와, 이 지지대(1b)의 상단부로 삼각형상의 고정부재(5a, 5a')와 일체로 형성되어진 클립형상의 제2고정부(5)가 취부되되, 상기 제2고정부재(5a, 5a')의 돌출부가 체결·고정되어지도록 지지대(1b)의 외면부에 체결홈(1c)이 구비된 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 헤드램프 내부배선구조.
