Abstract

리어 콤비네이션 램프에 트렁크에 빛을 제공하도록 하여 자동차에 트렁크 조명 등을 절약할 수 있으므로 원가를 절감시킬 목적으로, 빛을 방출하는 벌브가 설치되는 벌브 어셈블리를 중앙부에 고정 배치시키고 이 벌브에서 방출되는 빛을 반사시키는 리플렉터와, 이 리플렉터의 전방 개구부에 클립에 의하여 설치되는 렌즈를 포함하여 이루어지는 자동차의 리어 콤비네이션 램프에 있어서, 램프 후면의 배치되는 백 패널 어셈블리에 형성되는 홀에 빛을 통과시키기 위하여, 리플렉터의 중앙부에 홀을 더욱 크게 형성하며, 이 리플렉터의 홀에 벌브 어셈블리를 중앙에 설치하는 홀이 형성된 투명 부재를 고정 배치시킴을 특징으로 하는 자동차의 리어 콘비네이션 램프를 제공한다.

Description

자동차의 리어 콤비네이션 램프
본 고안은 자동차의 리어 콤비네이이션 램프에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 자동차의 후부에 설치되는 리어 콤비네이션 램프(rear combination lamp)에서 트렁크에 빛을 조명하도록 하여 원가를 절감시킬 수 있도록 하는 자동차의 리어 콤비네이션 램프에 관한 것이다.
일반적으로 자동차의 전기 장치는 기관의 작동과 관련된 기관의 전기 장치와, 기관 이외의 차체 각 부에 장치된 차체 전장품으로 나눌 수 있다.
여기서 상기한 차체 전장품은 기관을 시동할 때 전력을 공급하는 축전기를 비롯하여 등화 장치, 계기류 경고 표시 장치, 냉난방 장치 등이 있으며, 자동차의 안진 운행과 밀접한 관계가 있다.
상기한 등화 장치는 운전자가 야간 운행 및 어두운 운행 시에 시야를 밝게 하며 타운전자에게 현재의 운전 상태를 인식시켜주는 장치로써, 헤드 램프, 방향지시램프, 리어 콤비내이션 램프 등으로 이루어지고 있다.
본 고안은 등화 장치의 리어 콤비네이션 램프에 관한 것으로서, 이 리어 콤비네이션 램프는 테일 램프, 스톱 램프, 백업 램프 등으로 이루어진다.
제3도는 리어 콤비네이션 램프의 일 예를 도시한 것으로서, 이 램프는 전기에 의하여 빛을 방출하는 벌브가 설치되는 벌브 어셈블리(101)와, 이 벌브 어셉블리(101)를 중앙부에 고정 배치시키고 이 벌브에서 방출되는 빛을 반사시키는 리플렉터(103)와, 이 리플렉터(103)의 전방 개구부에 클립에 의하여 설치되는 렌즈(105)로 이루어진다.
상기한 리플렉터(103)는 후면에 배치되는 백 패널(107)에 실링 패드(109)와 함께 설치된다.
상기한 렌즈(105)는 안쪽에 설치되어 빛을 굴절시키는 인너 렌즈와, 바깥쪽에 설치되어 빛을 확산시키기 위해 일면에 다수의 볼록부가 형성되는 아우터 렌즈로 이루어진다.
이러한 구조의 램프는 전기의 공급에 의하여 벌브에서 발광되는 빛이 직접렌즈(105)틀 투과하여 밖으로 방출되거나 상기 리플렉터(103)에 반사되어 렌즈(105)를 통하여 밖으로 방출되는 것이다.
그러나 종래의 램프는 리플렉터가 전방으로 빛을 반사시키기 때문에 발산되는 벌브의 빛이 전적으로 차량의 후방으로 방출하게 되므로, 별도의 트렁크 조명등을 설치해야 한다는 문제점이 있다.
따라서 본 고안은 종래의 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 고안된 것으로서, 본 고안의 목적은 리어 콤비네이션 램프에 트렁크 조명 수단을 포함하여 자동차에 트렁크 조명등을 절약할 수 있으므로 원가를 절감시킬 수 있는 자동차의 리어 콤비네이션 램프를 제공함에 있다.
이를 실현하기 위하여, 본 고안은 빛을 방출하는 벌브가 설치되는 벌브 어셈블리를 중앙부에 고정 배치시키고 이 벌브에서 방출되는 빛을 반사시키는 리플렉터와, 이 리플렉터의 전방 개구부에 클립에 의하여 설치되는 렌즈를 포함하여 이루어지는 자동차의 리어 콤비네이션 램프에 있어서, 램프 후면의 배치되는 백 패널 어셈블리에 형성되는 홀에 빛을 통과시키기 위하여, 리플렉터의 중앙부에 홀을 더욱 크게 형성하며, 이 리플렉터의 홀에 벌브 어셈블리를 중앙에 설치하는 홀이 형성된 투명 부재를 고정 배치시킴을 특징으로 하는 자동차의 리어 콤비네이션 램프를 제공한다.
이러한 램프는 벌브에서 발산되는 빛이 렌즈를 직접 통과하여 차량의 후방에 방출되며, 이 벌브에서 뒤쪽으로 발산되는 빛은 투명 부재를 직접 통과하여 트렁크룸으로 방출된다.

이하, 본 고안의 바람직한 구성 및 작용의 일 예를 첨부한 도면에 의거하여 더욱 상세히 설명한다.
제1도는 본 고안의 리어 콤비네이션 램프(1)가 적용되는 자동차의 사시도로서, 이 리어 콤비네이션 램프(1)는 차량의 테일 램프, 스톱 램프, 백업 램프 등으로 구성된다.
제2도는 본 고안이 적용되는 상기 램프(1)의 일 예를 도시한 단면도로서, 이 램프(1)는 전기에 의하여 빛을 방출하는 벌브(3)가 설치되는 벌브 어셈블리(5)와, 이 벌브 어셈블리(5)를 중앙부에 고정 배치시키는 투명 부재(7)와, 이 투명 부재(7)를 중앙부에 고정 배치시키며 이 벌브(3)에서 방출되는 빛을 반사시키고 백 패널(9)에 설치되는 리플렉터(11)와, 이 리플렉터(11)의 전방 개구부에 클립부에 의하여 설치되는 렌즈(13)로 이루어진다.
상기한 투명 부재(7)는 투명하여 투과성이 좋은 아크릴 재질을 사용할 수 있으며, 단면이 톱니 형상으로 형성되므로 빛을 굴절시켜서 트렁크 룸에 조명을 용이하게 한다.
이러한 램프는 상기 벌브(3)에서 발산되는 일부의 빛은 전방 렌즈(13)를 직접 통과하여 타운전자에게 운전 상황을 인식시키며, 나머지 빛은 투명 부재(7)를 직접 통과하여 백 패널 어셈블리에 형성되는 홀을 지나서 트렁크 룸에 조명을 제공한다.
상술한 바와 같이, 본 고안의 램프는 리어 콤비네이션 램프에 트렁크에 빛을 제공하도록 하여 자동차에 트렁크 조명등을 절약할 수 있으므로 원가를 절감시킬 수 있다는 이점이 있다.

Claims (3)

  1. 빛을 방출하는 벌브가 설치되는 벌브 어셈블리를 중앙부에 교정 배치시키고 이 벌브에서 방출되는 빛을 반사시키는 리플렉터와, 이 리플렉터의 전방 개구부에 클립에 의하여 설치되는 렌즈를 포함하여 이루어지는 자동차의 리어 콤비네이션 램프에 있어서, 램프 후면의 배치되는 백 패널 어셈블리에 형성되는 홀에 빛을 통과시키기 위하여, 리플렉터의 중앙부에 홀을 더욱 크게 형성하며, 이 리플렉터의 홀에 벌브 어셈블리를 중앙에 설치하는 홀이 형성된 투명 부재를 고정 배치시킴을 특징으로 하는 자동차의 리어 콤비네이션 램프.
  2. 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기한 투명 부재는 빛을 굴절시키기 위하여 단면이 톱니 형상임을 특징으로 하는 자동차의 리어 콤비네이션 램프.
  3. 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기한 투명 부재는 빛 투과성이 좋은 아크릴재질임을 특징으로 하는 자동차의 리어 콤비네이션 램프.
