Claims (7)
- (가) 새우갑각을 건조시켜 분쇄하는 단계.(나) 분쇄된 새우갑각을 1 내지 6N농도의 염산 수용액중에서 -40℃내지 +30℃의 온도로 1.5내 지 24시간 동안 처리하여 석회질을 제거하는 단계, 및(다) 석회질이 제거된 새우 갑각을 90℃ 내지 100℃의 5내지 10%(w/w)NaOH수용액중에서 1차 로 0.5내지 6시간, 2차로 0.5내지 5시간동안 러치하여 단백질을 제거하는 단게를 포함하는, 대롱수염새우(Solenocesa prominentus)로부터 생체 임상의학용 키틴을 제조하는 방법.
- 제 1항에 잇어서, 상기(가)단계에서 새우갑각을 수세하고 유기 용매에서 24내지 48시간동안 침지시킨 후 탈수하고 그늘에서 건조시키는 방법.
- 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 유기용매가 메탄올, 에탄올, 부탄올, 이소프로탄올, 아세톤, 메틸에틸케톤 및 디옥산으로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택된 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기(가)단게에서 분쇄된 새우 갑각의 크기가 직경 0.5내지 3mm인 방법.
- 제 1항의 방법으로 수득된 키틴에 40-50 중량%의 NaOH수용액을 키틴 10%에 대하여 400내지 700ml의 양으로 가한 후, 질소가스를 주입하면서 70내지 120℃의 온도에서 2내지 8시간 동안 탈아세틸화시키는 단계 및 여과 및 세척 단계를 2 내지 4회 반복하는 것을 포함하는 키토산의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, -10℃ 이하의 염산 수용액 처리시에 염산 수용액의 결빙을 방지하기 위해 상기 단계(나)의 염산수용액을 농염산,탈이온수 및 유기용매를 혼합하여 제조하는 것을 특징으로하는 방법.
- 제 8항에 있어서, 상기 유기용매가 매탄올,에탄올,부탄올,이소프로판올, 아세톤 및 메틸에틸케톤으로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택된 것을 특징으로하는 방법.
