Claims (4)
- 비닐화합물에 용매를 첨가하여 다공성 흡착제를 제조함에 있어서, 모노비닐 방향족 화합물, 폴리비닐 방향족 및 지방족 비닐화합물을 함유하되 지방족 화합물은 전체 비닐화합물에 대해 20 중량% 이하로 함유하고, 여기에 전체 비닐화합물에 대해 25 중량% 미만의 선형 고분자물질과 양용매 및 불용매의 혼합물을 첨가하되 양용매로서 톨루엔과 불용매로서 n-헵탄을 1 : 3의 부피비로 혼합한 혼합물을 사용하여서 제조하는 것을 특징으로 하는 합성 흡착제의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 폴리비닐 방향족 화합물은 디비닐벤젠, 트리비닐벤젠, 디비닐톨루엔 및 디비닐크실렌 중에서 선택된 1종 이상이 선택되며, 그 양은 전체 비닐화합물에 대해 15 ∼ 100 중량%로 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고밀도 합성 흡착제의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 지방족 비닐화합물은 메틸메타크릴레이트, 아크릴로니트릴, 2-히드록시에틸메타크릴레이트 및 트리메틸올프로판트리메타크릴레이트 중에서 선택된 것을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 합성 흡착제의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 선형 고분자물질은 그 분자량이 1,000 ∼ 50,000 범위의 것을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 합성 흡착제의 제조방법.
