Claims (7)
- 펌프실을 형성하는 펌프 실린더내에 안내되며, 상기 펌프실로부터 윤활유 급송부와 드레인을 경유하여 윤활유로 채워져 있는 구동 기어 영역으로 돌출하는 단부를 가진 펌프 플런저와, 구동 샤프트의 회전을 펌프 플런저의 왕복 운동과 회전 운동으로 전환하는 구동 기어 영역내에 배치된 구동기어와, 펌프 플런저내의 축방향 구멍에 의해 펌프실로 연결되며 펌프 플런저의 압축 행정 동안 상기 플런저의 회전 운동의 결과로서 펌프 실린더내에서, 어떻때 하나가 분사 밸브와 연결되는 분배 채널과 연결되는 펌프 플런저내에 방사상으로 배열된 분배 구멍과, 펌프 플런저에 의하여 분사 밸브로 전달될때 연료 분사량을 제어하기 위하여 연료 급송부와 펌프 챔버에 연결된 자기 작동 밸브를 구비하는 내연 기관용 연료 분배식 분사 펌프에 있어서, 멤브레인 저장조(23)의 멤브레인(37)에 의하여 제한된 연료 저장조(38)가 자기 작동 밸브(21)와 연료 급송부(40)사이의 링크(24,25)에 설치되며, 분배구멍(27)에 대하여 정반대로 형성되며 축방향 구멍(26)내에서 종단되고 펌프 플런저(20)의 회전동안 펌프 실린더(19)내에서 충전 구멍(30)과 연결되는 적어도 하나의 릴리프 구멍(28)이 펌프 플런저(20)내에 제공되며, 상기 충전 구멍(30)이 플런저(20)의 압축 행정 사이의 모든 흡입 행정동안 릴리프 구멍(28)으로 연결 되고압축 행정동안 차단되는 방식으로 펌프 실린더(19)내에 설치되고 멤브레인 저장조(23)의 연료 저장조(38)에 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료 분배식 분사펌프.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 충전 구멍(30)이 펌프 실린더(19)의 실린더 축에 대하여 예각으로 연장되는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료 분배식 분사펌프.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 멤브레인 저장조(23)의 연료 저장조(38)는 제한기(50)에 의하여 연료 귀환부(44)에 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료 분배식 분사펌프.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 펌프 플런저(20)는 구동 기어 영역(13)에 가까운 플런저 부분상의 환형 오일 누설 홈(42)을 펌프 실린더(19)내에서 이동시키며, 상기 멤브레인 저장조(23)의 연료 저장조에 연결된 제1연결 구멍(41)과 상기 연료 귀환부(44)에 연결된 제2연결 구멍(43)은 오일 누설 홈(42)의 부근에서 펌프 실린더(19)의 내부 재킷까지 종단되는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료 분배식 분사펌프.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 비귀환 밸브(46,47)각각이 구동 기어 영역(13)의 윤활유 급송부(14)와 연료 급송부(40)내에 설치되고 압력 제한기(48)가 구동기어 영역(13)의 윤활유 드레인(15)내에 설치되며, 상기 구동 기어 영역(13)은 연료 저장조(38)로부터 이격 배향된 표면을 갖는 멤브레인(37)에 의하여 멤브레인 저장조(23)내에 형성된 압력실(39)에 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료 분배식 분사펌프.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 구동 기어 영역(13)내의 윤활유 압력은 멤브레인 저장조(23)의 연료 저장조내 연료 압력과 동일한 압력 레벨로 설정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료 분배식 분사펌프.
- 제5항에 있어서, 제한기(49)가 윤활유 급송부(14)내에 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료 분배식 분사펌프.
