Claims (5)
- 화상 신호가 입력되도록 하는 구동 신호의 통로이며 상기 구동 신호가 입력되는 입력단 및 그 반대쪽 끝인 끝단을 가지고 있는 다수의 게이트선, 화상 신호가 입력되는 통로이며 상기 게이트선에 교차되게 형성되어 있으며, 화면 중심부의 데이터선과 화면 가장자리부의 데이터선으로 이루어져 있는 다수의 데이터선, 상기 게이트선 및 상기 데이터선의 외곽을 둘러싸고 있으며, 상기 게이트선과는 한번 씩 상기 가장 자리부의 데이터선과는 두 번씩 교차하는 제1 리페어선, 상기 게이트선 및 상기 데이터선의 외곽을 둘러싸고 있으며 상기 제1 리페어선의 바깥 쪽으로 형성되어 있고, 상기 게이트선과는 한번씩 교차하며 상기 가장자리부의 데이터선과 한 번씩, 그리고 상기 중심부의 데이터선과는 두 번씩 교차하는 제2 리페어선을 포함하여 이루어지는 액정 표시 장치용 박막 트랜지스터 기판.
- 제1항에서, 상기 화면 중심부의 데이터선과 화면 가장 자리부의 데이터선의 길이가 서로 다르게 형성되어 있는 액정 표시 장치용 박막 트랜지스터 기판.
- 제2항에서, 상기 화면 중앙부의 데이터선의 길이가 상기 화면 가장 자리부의 데이터선 길이보다 더 길게 형성되어 있는 액정 표시 장치용 박막 트랜지스터 기판.
- 제1항에서, 상기 제1 리페어선은 상기 중심부 데이터선을 기준으로 두 부분으로 분리되어 형성되어 있는 액정 표시 장치용 박막 트랜지스터 기판.
- 제1항에서, 상기 제2 리페어선은 상기 중심부 데이터선을 기준으로 두 부분으로 분리되어 형성되어 있는 액정 표시 장치용 박막 트랜지스터 기판.
