Abstract

본 발명은 배설물의 누출을 방지하기 위한 제1차단커프 및 제 2탄성 차단커프가 구성된 일회용 기저귀에 관한 것이다.
기저귀 평면 모양이 가랑이 부분과 체결수단을 갖는 앞, 뒤 허리 부분으로 구성되며, 유체 투과성 상부시트,유체불투과성 배면시트,유체 투과성 상부시트와 유체 불투과성 배면시트 사이에 흡수층을 갖는일회용 기저귀에 있어서, 상기 기저귀 가랑이 부분에서상기 흡수층 외측 길이방향 양측으로 형성된 수측가능한 제 1차단커프 및 제 1차단커프가 상기 흡수층 외측의 플랩과 접착되고 이부분 외측 길이방향 양측으로 제 1차단커프보다 높이가 낮은 제2탄성차단커프를 형성하여 이루어진 일회용 기저귀이다.

본 발명은 일회용 기저귀에 있어서 배설물의 누출을 방지하기 위한 제1차단커프 및 제2탄성 차단커프에 관한 것이다.
일반적으로 일회용 기저귀라함은 생리적 작용에 의한 배설물을 흡수하여 제거하는 제품, 구체적으로 유아 또는 성인이 사용하는 일회용 기저귀를 말한다.
상기 일회용 기저귀의 성능은 일차적으로 생리적 작용에 의한 배설물의 흡수속도,흡수량에 중점을 두는 기능적 측면과 착용시 부담이 없고, 배설물이 밖으로 새지 않으며, 또한 장시간 착용함에 있어서 피부에 붉은 반점이나 피부염증 등의 기저귀 발진이 없는 사용성 측면으로 구분되며, 모두가 우수한 성능이 요구된다.
종래의 일회용 기저귀는 흡수속도 및 흡수량은 우수한 반면, 흡수에의 강도가 약하여 기저귀를 장시간 착용하거나 아기의 활동이특별한 경우에는 흡수체가 쉽게 뭉치고, 갈라지고, 분리되며 이런상태에서 다시 변이나 뇨를 배설할 경우 샘이 발생되어 주변을 오염시키게 되는 문제점을 갖고 있다.
또한 아기의 활동이 주로, 뒤로, 옆으로 누워있다던가, 앞으로 엎드려 있을 경우나, ㅂ호자가 기저귀 착용상태가 전체적으로 균형을 이루지 못한 경우 즉 착용법이 미숙한 경우에 있어서, 아기나 변이나, 뇨를 배설하였을 때도 샘이 쉽게 발생되어 주변을 오염시키게 되는 문제점을 갖고 있다.
이에 본 발명에 있어서는 종래의 이러한 문제점을 해결하고자, 액체투과성 상부시트 솜털펄프 및 고흡수성 수지, 액체 불투과성 배면시트, 체결수단 등으로 구성되는 통상의 일회용 기저귀에 있어서, 흡수체 외측 길이방향 양측으로 수축가능한 제1차단커프를 형성하고, 제1차단커프가 흡수체 외측 플랩의 접착지점 외측 길이방향 양측으로 제 1차단커프보다 높이가 낮은 제 2탄성차단커프를 형성하여 흡수체의 뭉칭이나 기저귀 착용미숙으로 인한 샘발생도 방지할 수 있는 일회용 기저귀를 제공하는데 목적이 있다.
이하 도면을 이용하여 본 발명을 상세히 설명한다.
제 1도는 본 발명의 일회용 기저귀(D)에 있어서 흡수체(4)가 모래시계형인 경우의 평면도를 나타낸 것이다.
일회용 기저귀(D)는 허리부분(15)과 가랑이부분(16)이 구분된 모래시계형과 구분이 없는 일자형 기저귀에도 적용될 수 있다.
제 1도에서와같이 일회용 기저귀는 액체 투과성 상부시트(2), 액체투과성 측면시트(3)으로 제1차단커프(14), 제2탄성 차단커프(20)를 형성하며, 흡수체(4),체결수단(5), 허리밴드(6)로 구성되어 있다.
다른 실시예에 있어서는 액체 투과성 상부시트(2)가 흡수체(4)를 완전히 감싸며, 제1차단커프(14)를 형성하며, 별도의 부재로 제2탄성 차단커프(20)을 형성할 수있다.
제2,3 도는 제 1도를 각각 선 A-A, B-B로 절단한 부분단면도를 나타낸것이다.
제 1차단커프(14)는 제1차단커프 접착지점(7), 제1차단커프 차단부(8). 탄성체(10)를 함유하는 말단부(9). 배설된 탄성체(10)에 의하여 주름이 형성되는 주름부(13), 주름부 이외의 부분이 흡수체(4) 위 상부시트(2)에 접착되는 제1차단커프 말단접촉부(12)로 구성되어 있다.
제 1차단커프(14)은 흡수체(4)로부터 흡수되지 못한 배설물들을 제1차단커프(14)밖으로 누출되지 못하도록 차단하며 이러한 기능을수행하기 위하여 제1차단커프(14)의 재질로서 소수성 부직포를 1겹 이상으로 하여 완전 접착하거나 필름을 라미네이트한부직포를 사용하기도 한다. 제 1차단커프(14)의 높이는25~35mm가 바람직하며,더욱바람직 하게는 30~35mm이다. 제1차단크프(14)가 2겹인 경우는 제 1차단커프 말단 탄성체(10)접착부와 제1차단커프(14)접착지점(7)까지 사이를 접착하지 아니하여 공기를 저장할 수있도록 포켓을 형성하며, 수화된 피부에 물리적자극을 감소시키는 제1차단커프(14)를 제공할 수 있다. 제 1차단커프(14)의 말단부(9)는 피부접촉면을 최소화시키기 위하여 l' 자을 형성시키는것이 바람지가며, 제1차단커프(14)말단부(9)에 배설되는 탄성체(10)도 아기피부에 자욱이 나지 않도록 탄성율을150-250%게 하는 것이 바람직하다.
탄성체로서는 천연고무 또는 리크라(Lycra)의탄성실이 바람직하며 탄성필름 또는 폴리우레탄 폼(Polyuretae Foam)을 사용할 수도 있다.
탄성실은 제1차단커프(14)의 말단부(9)로부터 1~3mm지점에 접착제를 이용하여 접착시키며,탄성실 갯수는 하나 이상을 사용할 수 있으나 바람직하게는 하나를 배설한다. 탄성실이 배설됨으로 제1차단커프(14) 차단부(8)의 포켓지점이 시작되며,제1차단커프(14)접착지점(7)에서 접착제 또는 열접착으로 제1차단커프(14)차단부(8), 상부시트(2), 배면시트(1)가 함께 접착되어 제1차단커프(14)를 형성한다.
제1차단커프(14)접착지점(7)은 배설물이 흡수체(4)로부터 밖으로 누축되는 것을 차단하며, 제1차단커프(14) 말단 접착부(12)와 제1차단커프(14) 주름부(13)의 탄성체(10)와 함께 포켓을 형성하여 배설물을 저장하게 된다.
제2탄성 차단커프(20)는 제1차단커프(14) 접착지점(7) 외측 길이방향 양측으로 길이방향 전체 또는 부분적으로 형성할 수 있으며, 제2탄성 차단커프(20) 접착지점(27)은제1차단커프(14)측면 플랩(11)의 폭 절반 이상지점에 형성되는것이 바람직하다. 제2 탄성 차단커프(20)는 별도의 소재로 소수성 부직포 또는 방수성 필름 라미네이트 부직포를 사용할 수 잇다. 제2탄성 차단커프(20)의 차단부(28)의 높이는 제 1차단커프(14) 차단부(8) 높이의 5~50%가 바람직하며, 제 2탄성 차단커프(20)의 차단부(28)가 2겹일 경우에는 접착하여 방수기능을 보강하는것이 바람직하다.
제2탄성 차단커프(20) 탄성체(30)는 제2탄성 차단커프(20)의 말단부(29)로부터 간격없이 배설하며, 폴리우레탄 폼(Polyurethane Foam)을사용하는 것이 바람직하다.
이하 기술되지 아니한 사랑은 제1차단커프(14)형성법에 따른다.
이하 실시예 및 비교실시예를 이용하여 본 발명의 작용효과를 설명한다.
(실시예1)
액체투과성 상부시트, 액체 불투과성 배면시트의 사이에 삽입된 흡수체와 액체투과성 측면시트로 제1차단커프를 형성한 공지의 일회용 기저귀에 있어서 제1차단커프는 소수성 부직포를 사용하며 기저귀 길이방향 양측에 하나를 형성 하는데 있어서, 탄성실 하나를 탄성율이 150~250%로 조정하여 접착하고,제1차단커프 접착지점은 흡수체 양측 외측에서 상부시트, 배면시트, 제1차단 커프 플랩이 접착된다.
제2탄성 차단커프는 소수성 재질 2겹으로써 서로 접착되며, 제 2탄성 차단커프 차단부의 높이를1cm되게 하며, 탄성체는 폴리우레탄 폼으로 하고, 탄성율은 200~250% 되게 한다. 제1차단커프 플랩 폭의 절반 이상 외측지점에 기저귀 길이방향으로 제2탄성 차단 커프 접착지점을 형성하고, 제2탄성 차단커프 말단 접착부를 고정시켜 포켓을 형성하도록 일회용 기저귀를 제작한다.
(실시예2)
실시예 1과 같은 방법으로 하되 제2탄성 차단커프 차단부의 높이를 1.5cm되도록 한다.
(실시예3)
실시에 1과 같은 방법으로 하되 제 2탄성 차단커프 차단부의 높이를 2.0cm되도록 한다.
(실시예 4)
실시예 1과 같은 방법으로 하되 제2탄성 차단커프 탄성체를 탄성실 2가닥으로 한다.
(실시예5)
실시예 2과 같은 방법으로 하되 제2탄성 차단커프 탄성체를 탄성실 2가닥으로 한다.
(실시예 6)
실시예 3과 같은 방법으로 하되 제2탄성 차단커프 탄성체를 탄성실 2가닥으로 한다.
(비교예 1)
액체투과성 상부시트, 액체 불투과성 배면시트의 사이에 삽입된 흡수체로 구성된 공지의 일회용 기저귀에 있어서, 제1차단커프는 소수성 부직포를 이용하여 하나를 형성하며, 제1차단커프 접착지점은 흡수체와 다리밴드 사이에 기저귀 길이방향을 따라 배면시트 및 상부시트 위에 접착된다. 제1차단커프 플랩은 접착지점 외측으로 연장되고 배면시트와 서로 접착되어 있다.
제1차단커프 탄성체는 탄성실 한가닥으로 제1차단커프 말단부 끝부분에 탄성율 150~250%로 조정하여 접착하고, 제1차단커프 말단 접착부를 고정하여 포켓을 형성하도록 기저귀를 제작한다.
(비교예2)
비교예 1과 같이 제작하되 제 1차단커프의 소재는 1겹의 필름 라미네이트된 부직포를 사용한다.
(비교예 3)
비교예 1과 같이 제작하되 제1차단커프는 1겹의 소수성 부직포로 하며, 제1차단커프 말단부가 T자형의 피부 접촉면을 갖고 탄성실이 2가닥 접착되어 있다.
상기와 같이 제작된 일회용 기저귀를 가지고 설문조사의 사용성 평가를 통하여 본 발명의 우수성을 입증코자 한다.
상기 각 제품을 3개월에서 12개월까지의 100명의 아기들에게 21일간 직접 착용케하고 샘 현상을 다음과 같이 판정하였으며, 결과는 표-1에 나타내었다.
증상판정
[++] : 배설물이 새지않고 사용성이 우수하다.
[+ ] : 배설물이 새지않고 사용성이 양호하다.
[-] : 배설물 샘 발생이 있으며 사용성이 불량하다.
[--] : 배설물 샘 발생이 자주 있으며 사용성시 극히 불량하다.
기저귀 샘 현상이 발생한 아기들의 수로 퍼센트로 나타내었다.
[표-1]
표1에서와 같이 본 발명의 실시예에 의한 일회용 기저귀의 배설물 샘 발생율은 2~5%이며, 비교예로 제작한 일회용 기저귀의 배설물 샘 발생율은 25~30%로 본 발명에 의한 샘 발생율이 훨씬 낮게 나타났다.
상기 실시예 및 비교예에 대한 중형크기의 일회용 기저귀를 동일 조건으로 제작하여 실험실적으로 배뇨속도 7ml/sec,1회 배뇨량 80ml, 배뇨주기 30min.조건으로 아기 마네킨을 이용하여 샘 발생시점을 측정후 일회용 기저귀에 보유되고 있는 인공 뇨량을 환산한 결과 표 -2와 같다.

표-2에서와 같이 아기 마네킨 이용 샘발생을 측정한 결과도 본 발명의 실시예 제품이 비교예 제품 보다 상대적으로 우수하게 나타나였슴.

Claims (8)

  1. 기저귀의 평면모양이 가랑이부분(16)과 체결수단(5)을갖는 앞ㆍ뒤 허리부분(15)으로 구성되고, 액체 투과성 상부시트(2), 액체 불투과성 배면시트(1),그리고 상기 상부시트와 배면시트 사이에 흡수층(4)을 갖는 일회용 기저귀에 있어서,
    상기 가랑이부분(16)의 측면플랩(11)을 상측으로 수축 가능하게 연장하여 그 말단부(9)에 탄성체(10)를 수용하며 상기 상부시트(2)에접착되는 제1차단커프(14)를 일체로 형성하고, 상기 제 1차단커프(14)와 측면플랩(11)의 접착지점(7) 외측에 상기 제1차단커프보다 낮으며 그 말단부(29)에 탄성체(30)를 수용하는 제2탄성 차단커프(20)를 길이방향으로 접착하여서 된 것을 특징으로 하는 일회용 기저귀.
  2. 제 1항에 있어서,
    상기 제2탄성 차단커프(20)의 재질은 1겹의 폴리우레탄폼, 리크라, 천연고무로 된 것을 특징으로 하는 일회용 기저귀.
  3. 제 1항에 있어서,
    상기 제 2탄성 차단커프(20)는 1겹 이상 별도의 소재로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 일회용 기저귀.
  4. 제3항에 있어서.,
    상기 별도의 소재는 소수성 재질인 부직포 인것을 특징으로 하는 일회용 기저귀.
  5. 제 3항에 있어서.
    상기 별도의 소재는 방수성 필름이 라미네이팅 된 부직포인 것을 특징으로 하는 일회용 기저귀
  6. 제 1항에 있어서,
    상기 제2탄성 차단커프(20)는 기저귀의 길이방향에 대해 부분적으로 형성된 것을특징으로 하는 일회용 기저귀
  7. 제 1항에 있어서,
    상기 제2탄성 차단커프(20)는 측면플랩(11)의 중심으로 부터 외측에 접착된 것을 특징으로 하는 일회용 기저귀.
  8. 제 1항에 있어서,
    상기 제 2탄성 차단커프(20)에 형성되는 차단부(28)의 높이는제1차단커프(14)에 형성된 차단부(8)의 높이보다 5~50%낮게 형성된 것을특징으로 하는 일회용 기저귀.
