- 한국산 무당거미(Nephila clavata)의 장으로부터 분리한 단백질 분해효소를 생산하는 아라니콜라 프로테오리티쿠스(Aranicola proteolyticus) HY-3(수탁번호 : KCTC 0268BP)
- 20 내지 40 ℃의 온도 및 6 내지 10의 pH에서 안정하며 약 51.5 kd의 분자량을 갖는, 제1항의 아라니콜라 프로테오리티쿠스 HY-3 균주가 생산하는 단백질 분해효소.
