Description
Claims (3)
- 정극 및 부극활물질층 각각을 정극 및 부극집전체상에 성형한 정극 및 부극을 형성하는 공정과,주성분을 폴리불화비닐리덴으로하는 용액을 용매에 용해 해서되는 바인더수지용액을 세퍼레이터에 도포하는 도포공정과,이 세퍼레이터상에 상기 각 전극을 겹처 밀착시킨대로 건조해서 용제를 증발시켜 전지적층체를 형성하는 적층공정과,이 전지 적층체에 전해액을 함침시키는 함침공정을 구비한 리튬이온 2차전지의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 도포공정은, 바인더 수지액으로서 디메칠포름아미드를 용매로 하고, 이 용매에 폴리불화비닐리덴이 3~25중량부 포함되는 용액을 사용한 공정인 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬이온 2차전지의 제조방법.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 건조공정은 80℃이하의 기류중에서 실시하는 공정인 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬이온 2차전지의 제조방법.
