Claims (5)
- 피키아 (Pichia) 속 신균주(기탁번호 KCCM-10129호)를 YM 배지에서 종배양시키고, 포도당 10∼50%, 효모추출물 0.2∼3.0%, 염화나트륨 0∼5%, 염화칼륨 0∼5%를 함유하는 에리쓰리톨 생산 배지에서 pH를 4.5∼6.5, 배양온도를 27∼33℃로 배양하면서 삼투압을 조절시킴을 특징으로하는 고수율, 고생산성의 에리쓰리톨의 제조방법
- 제 1항에 있어서, 배양과정 중에 0.2∼0.7 Osm/kg의 저삼투압 조건에서 미생물을 성장시킨 후 0.8∼1.0 Osm/kg의 고삼투압 조건으로 변화시키는 2단계 배양법을 사용함 특징으로 하는 에리쓰리톨의 제조방법
- 제 1항에 있어서, 배지내의 0.8∼1.0 Osm/kg의 삼투압 조건을 유지시키기 위하여 발효배지 내에 포도당과 염화나트륨 또는 염화칼륨을 연속적 또는 간헐적으로 첨가하여 포도당의 농도를 8∼16%, 염화나트륨의 농도를 0∼5% 및 염화칼륨의 농도를 0∼5%로 유지함을 특징으로 하는 에리쓰리톨의 제조방법
- 제 3항에 있어서, 에리쓰리톨의 생산성을 높이기 위하여 포도당의 농도를 일정하게 유지하고, 포도당과 함께 염화나트륨 또는 염화칼륨을 함께 첨가함을 특징으로 하는 에리쓰리톨의 제조방법
- 에리쓰리톨을 생산하는 피키아 (Pichia) 속 신균주 (KCCM-10129호)
