Claims (4)
- 유리섬유를 합성수지에 함침시키는 단계와 함침된 유리섬유를 경화틀(cure die)을 통과시키면서 가열하여 성형하는 통상의 인발성형법(pultrusion)에 따라 엘리베이터용 가이드 레일을 제조함에 있어서, 유리섬유로 일방향 장섬유(uni-directional fiber)와 로빙 크로스(roving cross)와 매트(mat) 형태의 유리섬유를 모두 사용하는 것과 합성수지에 함침된 유리섬유가 경화틀에 진입하기 전에 2∼5개의 가이드를 통과시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 엘리베이터용 가이드 레일의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 로빙 크로스를 2∼5개의 가이드를 통과시키면서 '┃'자형에서 '┛'와 '┗'로 굽혀 합체시켜서 '┻'형을 만든 후 하방의 '━'자형 로빙 크로스와 합체시키는 것과, 매트를 로빙 크로스보다 바깥쪽에 배치하여 상기 2∼5개의 가이드를 통과시키면서 '┃'자형에서 점차로 활모양으로 굽어지게 하여 경화틀 입구에서는 '┻'형의 로빙 크로스와 합체시키는 것과, 일방향 장섬유를 상기 2∼5개의 가이드를 통과시키면서 가이드 레일에서 두텁게 할 필요가 있는 곳에 배치하여 최종적으로는 로빙 크로스와 매트와 함께 경화틀 입구에서 엘리베이터용 가이드 레일의 단면을 이루게 하는 것을 특징으로 해는 엘리베이터용 가이드 레일의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 유리섬유 외에 폴리에스테르 부직포를 추가로 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 엘리베이터용 가이드 레일의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 합성수지로 에폭시 수지, 비닐 폴리에스테르, 풀포화 폴리에스테르 또는 페놀수지를 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 엘리베이터용 가이드 레일의 제조방법.
