Claims (8)
- 가스흡입구를 구비한 최상부, 반지름방향으로 점차 확장되면서 상기 최상부로부터 아래쪽으로 연장하는 팽창부, 및 상기 팽창부의 바로 하부 또는 상기 팽창부에 부착되어 물 및/또는 흡수용액을 분무하는 스프레이노즐을 구비하여 가스를 냉각, 가습 및/또는 상기 가스로부터의 유해성분의 제거하는, 폐수의 생성없이 가스를 냉각, 가습 및/또는 정화하기 위한 건식 스프레이타워에 있어서,상기 스프레이노즐로부터 상류측 위치의 상기 팽창부 둘레 또는 내부에 배치되어 상기 스프레이타워의 중심부보다 외주부에서 가스 유속의 하방 성분을 더 빠르게 만드는 가스분배장치를 더욱 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 건식 스프레이타워.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 가스분배장치는 그 중심부보다 그 외주부에서 더 높은 개구율을 가진 것을 특징으로 하는 스프레이타워.
- 제 2항에 있어서,상기 가스분배장치는 상기 타워의 내측을 가로지는 다공판인 것을 특징으로 하는 스프레이타워.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서,상기 가스분배장치는, 상기 다공판의 외주부와 상기 팽창부의 내벽 또는 상기 스프레이타워의 직벽부 사이에 환형 슬릿 또는 갭이 형성되게 제공된 다공판인 것을 특징으로 하는 스프레이타워.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서,상기 가스분배장치는 상기 타워의 내측을 가로지는 다공판과 상기 다공판 상측 또는 하측에 제공된 분배그릴의 조합인 것을 특징으로 하는 스프레이타워.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서,상기 가스분배장치는, 각각의 상기 판의 외주부와 상기 팽창부의 내벽 또는 직벽부 사이에 환형 슬릿 또는 갭이 형성되게 배치되는 한쌍의 평행한 다공판과 상기 한쌍의 다공판들 사이에 샌드위치된 분배그릴의 조합인 것을 특징으로 하는 스프레이타워.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서,상기 가스분배장치는 배출가스의 분배를 돕는 다중 스커트형상의 가이드판과, 상기 타워의 직경보다 작은 직경을 가지고 상기 가이드판의 중심부의 바닥에 배치되는 다공판으로 구성되는 장치인 것을 특징으로 하는 스프레이타워.
- 최상부로부터 팽창부를 통해 스프레이타워내로 유입된 가스가 상기 팽창부의 바로 하부 또는 상기 팽창부에 부착된 노즐에 의해 물 및/또는 흡수용액과 함께 분무되어, 상기 가스를 냉각, 가습 및/또는 상기 가스로부터 유해성분을 제거시키고,분무된 물 및/또는 흡수용액이 증발된 후에 배출가스의 온도가 상기 가스의 이슬점에 50℃를 더한 온도보다 낮게 되는, 폐수의 발생없이 가스를 냉각, 가습 및/또는 정화시키는 방법에 있어서,유입된 가스를 상기 스프레이노즐로부터의 상류측 위치에서 분배시켜 가스 유속의 하방 성분이 상기 스프레이타워의 중심부에서 보다 상기 스프레이타워의 외주부에서 더 빠른 것을 특징으로 하는, 폐수의 생성없이 가스를 냉각, 가습 및/또는 정화시키는 방법.
