Claims (3)
- 냉매가스 흡입관 및 토출관이 구비된 케이싱과, 케이싱의 내부에 장착하여 고정하여 압축실을 형성하는 실린더와, 실린더에 결합하여 선형으로 구동력을 발생하는 리니어 모터와, 리니어 모터의 가동자에 결합하여 실린더의 내부에서 공진운동을 하고 그 내부에 실린더의 압축실과 연통하는 냉매유로를 구비하는 피스톤과, 케이싱의 냉매가스 흡입관과 피스톤의 냉매유로 사이에 위치하는 냉매통구를 구비하여 리니어 모터의 일 측을 복개하는 커버와, 피스톤의 전후 양측에 결합하여 피스톤의 공진운동을 유발하는 내측 공진스프링 및 외측 공진스프링과, 실린더의 압축실을 개폐하도록 결합하는 밸브수단을 포함한 리니어 압축기에 있어서,상기 커버의 냉매통구를 관통하여 결합하는 안내관부의 관벽에 형성하는 제1 소경관 및 이 제1 소경관에서 확관 연통하여 커버의 외측에 배치하는 제1 대경관으로 된 제1 공명부와,상기 커버의 일측에 냉매통공을 형성하고 그 냉매통공에 삽입하는 제2 소경관 및 이 제2 소경관에서 확관 연통하여 커버의 외측에 배치하는 제2 대경관으로 된 제2 공명부로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 리니어 압축기의 흡입소음기 구조.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 피스톤의 냉매유로에는 안내관부와 항상 중첩하도록 삽입하는 안내부재를 장착한 것을 특징으로 하는 리니어 압축기의 흡입소음기 구조.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 안내부재는 그 직경이 안내관부의 직경 보다 크게 형성하여 안내관부와 안내부재 사이의 틈새가 제3 소경관을 형성함과 아울러 커버의 내부가 제3 대경관을 형성하여서 제3 공명부를 이루도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 리니어 압축기의 흡입소음기 구조.
