Claims (5)
- 서로 다른 패턴의 줄무늬를 측정 대상물에 연속적으로 투사하는 투사수단과,상기 투사수단에 의해 투사된 측정 대상물의 모습을 촬영하는 소정 개수의 CCD 카메라와,상기 소정 개수의 CCD 카메라에 의해 촬영된 측정 대상물의 영상 데이터를 인가받아 3차원 형상을 생성하는 컴퓨터 제어부를 구비하여,상기 컴퓨터 제어부의 제어에 의해 상기 투사수단이 줄무늬를 패턴별로 연속하여 측정 대상물에 투사하면 소정 개수의 CCD 카메라가 패턴 개수만큼 동시에 측정 대상물의 모습을 촬영하여 측정 대상물의 3차원 형상을 생성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 비접촉식 3차원 스캐너 장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 소정 개수의 CCD 카메라는 서로 위치보정이 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 비접촉식 3차원 스캐너 장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 소정 개수의 CCD 카메라는 서로 동기화되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 비접촉식 3차원 스캐너 장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 투사수단은 그레이코드 패턴을 투사하는 프로젝터로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 비접촉식 3차원 스캐너 장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 투사수단은 소정 광원과, 상기 광원의 전방에 구비되는 일련의 패턴이 인쇄된 패턴 필름과, 상기 패턴 필름의 전,후측에 구비되어 광원으로부터의 빛을 투사하는 광학렌즈와, 상기 패턴 필름을 좌,우 방향으로 이동시키는 이송장치로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 비접촉식 3차원 스캐너 장치.
