Claims (7)
- 단위 셀들이 복수개 적층된 캐패시터 셀로 구성된 전기화학 셀에 있어서, 상기 단위 셀은 제1 전극이 형성된 제1 콜렉터;상기 제1 전극과 대향되게 제2 전극이 형성된 제2 콜렉터;상기 제1 전극과 제2 전극 사이에 위치하여 이들을 전기적으로 절연시키기 위한 다공성 분리기;상기 제1 전극, 다공성 분리기, 제2 전극을 외부와 실링하기 위하여 이들의 주변부를 따라 상기 제1 및 제2 콜렉터 사이에 위치하고 상기 제1 및 제2 콜렉터와 접촉하는 양면에는 각각 접착층이 형성된 양면접착필름으로 구성된 가스킷; 및상기 가스킷으로 실링된 상기 다공성 분리기의 내부 공간에 주입된 전해질을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기화학 셀.
- 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 가스킷은 가운데에 두께를 유지하여 주는 아크릴 폼이 위치하고 위아래에는 접착력이 뛰어난 아크릴레이트계의 접착제가 입혀져 있는 삼중 구조로 이루지는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기화학 셀.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1 전극 및 제2 전극은 금속 산화물, 탄소계 물질, 금속 질화물 및 그 복합체로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택된 어느 하나의 물질로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기화학 셀.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 전해질은 수용액 전해질 또는 유기계 전해질인 것을 특징으로 하는 전기화학 셀.
- 단위 셀들이 복수개 적층된 캐패시터 셀로 구성된 전기화학 셀의 제조방법에 있어서, 상기 단위 셀의 제조방법은제1 콜렉터 상에 제1 전극을 형성하는 단계;상기 제1 콜렉터의 제1 전극 주변부를 따라 양면접착필름으로 구성된 가스킷을 부착하는 단계;상기 가스킷으로 둘러싸인 공간내의 상기 제1 전극 상에 다공성 분리기를 설치하는 단계;제2 전극이 형성된 제2 콜렉터를 준비하는 단계;상기 다공성 분리기 상에 제2 전극이 위치하도록 상기 제2 콜렉터를 상기 가스킷상에 부착하는 단계; 및상기 제1 콜렉터와 제2 콜렉터 사이에 전해질을 봉입하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기화학 셀의 제조방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 제1 콜렉터 상에 제1 전극을 형성하는 단계는 스크린 프린팅 법을 이용하여 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기화하 셀의 제조방법.
