Claims (4)
- 침전물 주입구를 통하여 직사각형의 잉곳주형 내로 주물을 주입하는 단계와;잉곳구형이 진동하는 단계와;잉곳주형 운동의 진폭, 파형 및 주파수에따라,슬래그 높이(h슬래그) ≥ 주물표면 높이(h주물표면) 이라는 조건을 만족시키는 주조분말이 공급되는 단계와;연속적인 주물두께를 축소시키기 위하여 유체주물 내부에 전자기적인 교반(rabble) 작용에 상응하는 강제적인 대류(convection)를 일관되게 형성하기위하여, 다중 롤링장치(세그먼트 0)에서 여러 단계를 거쳐 직접 잉곳주형 하부에서 주물 횡단면을 축소시키는 단계와,다중 롤링장치(세그먼트 0)의 끝단에서 주물의 최종두께에 도달하는 단계와;다중 롤링장치의 출구에서 최종적인 두께에 도달할 때, 두 단계의 영역(결정체/유체)을 경화하는 단계와;FST는 침전물 주입구 출구상의 단면이고, FTA는 경화된 슬래브의 주물단면일 때,이라는 조건을 만족시키는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 박판 슬래브 제작방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 주조과정중에서도 잉곳주형 운동을 위한 주파수, 진폭 및파형이 자유롭게 선택될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 박판 슬래브 제작방법.
- 침전물 주입구와,진동이 주조과정중에서도 주파수, 진폭 및 파형에 있어서 자유롭게 선택될 수 있는 진동하는 직사각형 잉곳주형과,슬래그 높이(h슬래그) ≥ 주물표면(h주물표면)의 조건을 만족시키는 주조분말의 진폭, 파형 및 주파수에 따라 공급되는 주조분말 공급기와,주물이 다중 롤링장치 출구에서 최종두께로 될 때 여전히 그 핵심부분이 유체상태로 남아있는, 연속적인 주물두께 축소를 위한 다중 롤링장치와,FST는 침전물 주입구 출구상의 단면이고, FTd는 경화된 슬래브의 주물단면일 때,의 조건이 충족되도록 형성되는 침전물 주입구 횡단면과 경화된 슬랩의 횡단면을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제1항 또는 제2항에 따른 박판 슬래브 제작방법의 실행을 위한 연속주조설비.
- 제3항에 있어서, 다중 롤링장치에서 로울러는 주물내부가 유체인 상태로 주물두께의 축소를 통하여 교반(rabble) 작업을 완수하고 동시에 내부 균열이 생성되는 것을 피하도록 정렬되어 있는 연속주조설비.
