Claims (11)
- 기판과 수직 자기 기록 자성막 사이에, 상기 수직 자기 기록 자성막의 수직 배향성을 유도하는 하지막이 적층된 자기 기록 디스크에 있어서,상기 수직 자기 기록 자성막의 두께가 그 두께 감소에 따라서 수직 보자력비(Hc/Ho)가 감소되는 영역인 20 내지 50nm에서 선택되며,상기 수직 보자력비(Hc/Ho)는 상기 두께에 대한 수직 자기 보자력(Hc)과 최대 수직 자기 보자력(Ho)의 비로 정의되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기 기록 디스크.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 하지막과 상기 수직 자기 기록 자성막 사이에, 상기 수직 자기 기록막과 함께 폐자로를 형성하는 연자성 삽입막이 적층된 것을 특징으로 하는 자기 기록 디스크.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 두께 영역에서, 상기 수직 보자력비(Hc/Ho)의 변화율 보다, 두께에 대한 수직 잔류 자화(Mr)와 최대 수직 잔류 자화(Mo)의 비로 정의되는 수직 잔류 자화비(Mr/Mo)의 변화율이 큰 것을 특징으로 하는 자기 기록 디스크.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 두께 영역에서 두께 감소에 따라 하기 수학식 2로 표시되는 잡음 출력 비례 상수(α)가 감소하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기 기록 디스크.[수학식 2]상기 식에서, Mr은 수직 잔류 자화이고, Hc는 두께에 대한 수직 자기 보자력이다.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 수직 자기 기록 자성막은 CoCr계 합금인 것을 특징으로 하는 자기 기록 디스크.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 수직 자기 기록 자성막이 B, Pt, Ta, V, Nb, Zr, Y 및 Mo으로 구성된 그룹에서 선택되는 하나 이상의 물질을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기 기록 디스크.
- 삭제
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 연자성 삽입막이 NiFe계 합금으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 자기 기록 디스크.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 연자성 삽입막은 Nb, V, Ta, Zr, Hf, Ti, B, Si 및 P 로 이루어진 그룹에서 선택되는 하나 이상의 물질을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기 기록 디스크.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 연자성 삽입막의 두께는 3 - 30 nm인 것을 특징으로 하는 자기 기록 디스크.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 수직 자기 기록 자성막 상에 보호막 및 윤활막을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기 기록 디스크.
