Description
Claims (12)
- 복수개의 중공사막으로 이루어지며 양단부가 접착 고정된 중공사막 다발과, 한쪽 단부의 외주에 액밀 상태로 고정된 카트리지 헤드와 다른쪽 단부의 외주에 액밀 상태로 고정된 하부 링을 갖는 중공사막 카트리지에 있어서, 카트리지 헤드와 하부 링이 연결 고정되어 있지 않고 분리되어 있으며, 카트리지 헤드측의 중공사막 단부의 중공부는 개구하고, 하부 링측의 중공사막 단부의 중공부는 밀봉되고, 또한 하부 링측 접착 고정층에 복수의 관통 구멍이 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 중공사막 카트리지.
- 제1항에 있어서, 하부 링의 단부면이 중공사막의 단부면보다 돌출하여 중공사막 다발의 외주면에 고정되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 중공사막 카트리지.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 카트리지 헤드가 외주부에 플랜지부를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 중공사막 카트리지.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 카트리지 헤드가 외주부에 플랜지부를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 중공사막 카트리지.
- 제1항에 기재된 중공사막 카트리지를 이용한 탱크형 또는 래크형 여과 장치.
- 제2항에 기재된 중공사막 카트리지를 이용한 탱크형 또는 래크형 여과 장치.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 중공사막 카트리지는 현수하여 지지되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 탱크형 여과 장치.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 중공사막 카트리지는 현수하여 지지되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 탱크형 여과 장치.
- 여과 탱크, 분리판, 칸막이 판 및 제1항에 기재된 중공사막 카트리지를 포함하는 탱크형 여과 장치에 있어서, 여과 탱크의 내부는 분리판과 칸막이 판에 의해 분할되어 공급수 실을 형성하고 있으며, 칸막이 판에 중공사막 카트리지가 그 일단부를 지지시킨 상태에서 공급수 실 내에 현수하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 탱크형 여과 장치.
- 제9항에 있어서, 하부 링의 단부면이 중공사막의 단부면보다 돌출하여 중공사막 다발의 외주면에 고정되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 탱크형 여과 장치.
- 여과 탱크, 분리판, 처리수 헤더 배관, 상기 처리수 헤더 배관으로부터 분기한 지관, 및 제3항에 기재된 중공사막 카트리지를 포함하는 탱크형 여과 장치에 있어서, 중공사막 카트리지가 그 플랜지부에 의해 지관에 현수하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 탱크형 여과 장치.
- 제11항에 있어서, 하부 링의 단부면이 중공사막의 단부면보다 돌출하여 중공사막 다발의 외주면에 고정되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 탱크형 여과 장치.
