Claims (4)
- (ⅰ) 2 내지 10%(w/v)의 하이포아염소산나트륨(sodium hypochlorite) 수용액인 A1시약, 니트로 프루시드 나트륨과 충진제가 1:9(w/w)로 혼합된 A2시약 및 살리실산을 1 내지 5%(v/v) 포함하고 유기용매를 5 내지 20%(v/v) 포함하는 수용액인 A3시약으로 구성된 암모니아농도 측정시약;(ⅱ) 술퍼제(sulfanilamide)를 3 내지 7%(v/v) 포함하고 유기용매를 5 내지 15%(v/v) 포함하는 수용액인 B1시약 및 5 내지 15g/L의 농도를 가지는 NED(N-(1-naphthyl)ethylenediamine dihydrochloride) 수용액인 B2시약으로 구성된 아질산농도 측정시약;(ⅲ) 아연과 충진제가 1:1(w/w)로 혼합된 C1시약, 2 내지 3g/L의 술퍼닐산(sulfanilic acid)의 수용액인 C2시약, 0.5 내지 1.5g/L의 나프틸디아민(1,4-naphthyldiamine)의 수용액인 C3시약으로 구성된 질산농도 측정시약;(ⅳ) 5 내지 15g/L의 암모늄 몰리브덴 산염(ammonium molybdate)의 수용액인 D1시약 및 40 내지 60g/L의 아스코르빈산과 1 내지 4%(v/v)의 염산을 함유하고 유기용매를 2 내지 8%(v/v) 포함하는 수용액인 D2시약으로 구성된 인산농도 측정시약;(ⅴ) 측정항목별 표준비색띠; 및,(ⅵ) 반응용기를 포함하는, 수질조사 키트.
- 제 1항에 있어서,충진제는 차콜(charcoal), 실리카겔(silica gel) 또는벤토나이트(bentonite)인 것을 특징으로 하는수질조사 키트.
- 제 1항에 있어서,유기용매는 메탄올, 에탄올, 디클로로메탄, 클로로포름, 아세톤 또는디옥산인 것을 특징으로 하는수질조사 키트.
- (ⅰ) 수성시료에 제 1항의 수질조사 키트에 포함된 암모니아농도 측정시약의 A1 시약, A2 시약 및 A3 시약을 순차적으로 혼합하여 반응시키고, 표준비색띠를 이용하여 수성시료에 함유된 암모니아의 농도를 측정하는 단계;(ⅱ) (ⅰ)단계의 수성시료를 채취한 동일한 오염원의 다른 수성시료에 전기 키트에 포함된 아질산농도 측정시약의 B1 시약 및 B2 시약 을 순차적으로 혼합하여 반응시키고, 표준비색띠를 이용하여 수성시료에 함유된 아질산의 농도를 측정하는단계;(ⅲ) (ⅰ)단계 및 (ⅱ)단계의 수성시료를 채취한 동일한 오염원의 다른 수성시료에 전기 키트에 포함된 질산농도 측정시약의 C1 시약, C2 시약 및 C3 시약을 순차적으로 혼합하여 반응시키고, 표준비색띠를 이용하여 수성시료에 함유된 질산의 농도를 측정하는 단계;(ⅳ) (ⅰ)단계 (ⅱ)단계 및 (ⅲ)단계의 수성시료를 채취한 동일한 오염원의 다른 수성시료에 전기 키트에 포함된 인산농도 측정시약의 D1 시약 및 D2 시약을 순차적으로 혼합하여 반응시키고, 표준비색띠를 이용하여 수성시료에 함유된 인산의 농도를 측정하는 단계; 및,(ⅴ) 전기 측정된 암모니아, 아질산, 질산 및 인산의 농도를, 오염되지 않은 수성시료의 암모니아, 아질산, 질산 및 인산의 농도와 비교하여 수질오염원을 판별하는 단계를 포함하는 수질조사 키트를 이용하여 수질오염원인을 분석하는 방법.
