Claims (5)
- 박판스트립(S)을 일정한 절곡피치(P)로서 지그재그로 절곡형성하고 절곡된 평면부(D)에 수직한 다수개의 절단 절곡된 루버(L)를 가지는 센터핀(F)을 가공하기 위하여, 치형형상의 커팅투스(35)를 원주상에 배설한 다수매의 원형커터형상의 블레이드(30)를 그 중심적층공(31)을 따라 양단측에 가이드지그디스크(40,41)와 일체로 동축상에 적층 구비하는 전용툴(T)인 열교환기용 센터핀가공툴및 툴표면의 처리방법에 있어서,상기 전용툴(T)을 구성하는 개별적인 블레이드(30)의 커팅투스(35)의 인선부(E)만을 모재를 열처리하지 아니한 상태에서 20 - 60 ㎛ 의 질화깊이로서 질화하여상기 인선부(E)에 경도 Hv 1200-1300 이상의 질화물층을 확산형성하는 방법으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 열교환기용 센터핀가공툴및 툴표면의 처리방법.
- 박판스트립(S)을 일정한 절곡피치(P)로서 지그재그로 절곡형성하고 절곡된 평면부(D)에 평행한 다수개의 절단 절곡된 루버(L)를 가지는 센터핀(F)을 가공하기 위하여, 치형형상의 커팅투스(35)를 원주상에 배설한 다수매의 원형커터형상의 블레이드(30)를 그 중심적층공(31)을 따라 양단측에 가이드지그디스크(40,41)와 일체로 동축상에 적층 구비하는 전용툴(T)인 열교환기용 센터핀가공툴및 툴표면의 처리방법에 있어서,상기 전용툴(T)을 구성하는 개별적인 블레이드(30)의 커팅투스(35)의 인선부(E) 만을 경화용의 열처리를 행하고,20 - 60 ㎛ 의 질화깊이로서 플라즈마질화하여 상기 인선부(E)에 경도 Hv 1200-1300 이상의 질화층을 확산형성하는 방법으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 열교환기용 센터핀가공툴및 툴표면의 처리방법.

(Physical Vapor Depositon)으로서 TiC 나 TiN 또는 TiCN 을 피복두께 2㎛ 이하로서 더 증착하여 피복처리하는 방법으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 열교환기용 센터핀가공툴및 툴표면의 처리방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 3 항에 있어서, 상기 인선부(E) 만의 플라즈마질화의 방법은질화로내로 투입하는 지그(50)상의 축(51)에 블레이드(30)를 간극없이 적층하여 장입함으로서 수행하는 방법으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 열교환기용 센터핀가공툴및 툴표면의 처리방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 3 항에 있어서, 상기 플라즈마질화의 깊이는 더욱 바람직하게 30 - 50 ㎛ 으로서 구성되는 방법에 의한 것을 특징으로 하는 열교환기용 센터핀가공툴및 툴표면의 처리방법.
