- 손의 위치정보를 컴퓨터에 입력하고 컴퓨터의 상황에 따른 적절한 힘을 사용자의 손에 출력하는 햅틱 조이스틱에 있어서,손잡이(110b), 4개의 연결링크부(120), 4개의 짐벌기구부(130), 6개의 구동측정부(140) 및 베이스(150) 로 구성되며,각 부분의 구성, 배치 및 특징에 있어서,상기 손잡이(110b)는 스크류(111)와 너트(112)로 구성하고 사용자가 상기 너트를 손으로 잡고 움직임으로써 상기 스크류의 축방향 회전을 상기 축방향의 위치운동으로 상호 변환하고, 상기 축방향의 힘을 상기 축방향의 회전토크로 상호 변환이 가능하도록 하여 사용자의 손의 움직임을 상기 연결링크부에 전달하며,상기 4개의 연결링크부(120)는, 각각의 연결링크부는 복수 개의 링크와 복수 개의 회전 관절을 직렬로 연결하여 구성하고, 4개의 연결링크부의 배치하는 데 있어 상기 손잡이(110b)의 한 끝에 2개의 연결링크부를 구면 관절로 연결하고, 상기 손잡이의 반대쪽 끝에 나머지 2개의 연결링크부를 유니버설 조인트로 연결하며, 각 2개의 연결링크부는 두 갈래로 갈라지게 배치하여 4개의 짐벌기구에 하나씩 연결하고, 상기 손잡이의 움직임은 연결링크부를 통해 전달되어 상기 4개의 짐벌기구부를 움직이게 하며,상기 4개의 짐벌기구부(130)는 각 짐벌기구부를 4개의 링크와 5개의 회전관절로 구성하고 베이스를 포함하여 공간 5절링크를 이루어 2자유도 운동이 가능하도록 하며, 4개의 짐벌기구부의 배치 방법은 2개의 짐벌기구부의 한 능동축을 일치시키고 나머지 능동축을 서로 평행하게 배치하고, 나머지 2개의 짐벌기구의 한 능동축을 일치시키고 나머지 능동축을 서로 평행하게 배치하고 상기 일치된 능동축이 평행을 이루도록 배치하여 4개의 짐벌기구부가 6자유도를 구현하도록 하며,상기 6개의 구동측정부(140)는 각각 센서와 액츄에이터로 구성하고 상기 짐벌기구부(130)의 각 능동관절에 부착하여 각 능동관절의 각도 변위를 측정하고 구동하도록 하며,상기 베이스(150)는 짐벌기구부와 구동측정부를 지지하도록 하여,손잡이의 운동과 독립적으로 구동측정부가 베이스에 고정된 채로 손잡이의 위치 및 자세 6자유도를 측정 가능하고, 손잡이에 6자유도의 힘 및 토크를 반영할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 햅틱 조이스틱.
