- 절연 기판상의 일정영역에 제 1 배선층을 형성하는 단계;상기 제 1 배선층을 포함한 전면에 질화 실리콘막으로 제 1 층간 절연막을 형성하는 단계;상기 제 1 층간 절연막상에 몰리브덴을 형성하고 상기 몰리브덴을 선택적으로 제거하여 상기 제 1 배선층과 오버랩되도록 제 2 배선층을 형성하는 단계;상기 제 2 배선층을 포함한 전면에 질화 실리콘막으로 제 2 층간 절연막을 형성하는 단계;상기 제 1 배선층의 표면이 소정부분 노출되도록 SF6을 포함한 식각가스로 상기 제 2 층간 절연막, 제 2 배선층, 제 1 층간 절연막을 선택적으로 제거하여 콘택홀을 형성하는 단계;상기 콘택홀을 포함한 전면에 ITO막을 형성하고 상기 ITO막을 선택적으로 제거하여 상기 콘택홀을 통해 상기 제 1, 제 2 배선층과 전기적으로 연결되는 제 3 배선층을 형성하는 단계를 포함하여 형성함을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치의 입력배선 형성방법.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 배선층은 알루미늄(Al), 크롬(Cr), 몰리브덴(Mo), 티타늄 또는 탄탈륨 등의 금속이나, MoW, MoTa, 또는 MoNo 등의 몰리브덴 합금 중에서 적어도 하나를 CVD 또는 스퍼터링 방법을 증착한 후 선택적으로 제거하여 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치의 입력배선 형성방법.
