Claims (5)
- 프레임에 고정 설치하고 가동자가 직선으로 왕복운동을 하는 왕복동모터와, 왕복동모터의 가동자에 결합하고 공진스프링에 지지되어 실린더에서 직선으로 왕복운동을 하는 피스톤과,피스톤의 흡입유로를 개폐하도록 그 선단면에 설치하여 냉매가스의 흡입을 제한하는 흡입밸브와,실린더의 선단면에 배치하여 냉매가스의 토출을 제한하는 토출밸브조립체와,피스톤의 흡입유로에 삽입되도록 고정 결합하여 함께 직선으로 왕복운동을 하면서 냉매가스를 흡입밸브쪽으로 안내하는 가스안내관과,가스안내관의 외주면에 미끄러지게 삽입하여 상기 가스안내관의 외주면과 피스톤의 흡입유로 내주면 사이에서 가변체적공간을 형성하는 미끄럼부재를 포함한 왕복동식 압축기의 냉매흡입 펌핑장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,미끄럼부재의 양측에는 그 미끄럼부재를 탄력적으로 지지하여 상기 가스안내관에 대한 상대운동을 유도하는 탄성부재를 개재하여서 된 것을 특징으로 하는 왕복동식 압축기의 냉매흡입 펌핑장치.
- 제2항에 있어서,탄성부재는 그 일단은 상기 미끄럼부재의 양측면에 각각 지지하는 반면 타단은 상기한 가스안내관의 양단에 각각 지지하여 피스톤과 가스안내관의 이동방향에 따라 교번되게 압축과 팽창을 반복하는 복수 개의 압축코일스프링인 것을 특징으로 하는 왕복동식 압축기의 냉매흡입 펌핑장치.
- 제3항에 있어서,가스안내관의 입구측은 흡입소음부를 확장 형성하여 상기한 탄성부재를 지지하는 반면 출구측은 스프링고정부를 삽입 고정하여 상기한 탄성부재를 지지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 왕복동식 압축기의 냉매흡입 펌핑장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,미끄럼부재는 자기윤활성 재질로 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 왕복동식 압축기의 냉매흡입 펌핑장치.
