Claims (21)
- 액체 중의 시료를 처리하는 마이크로 화학 시스템에 이용하는 마이크로 화학 시스템용 칩 부재에 있어서, 시료를 포함하는 액체를 흐르게 하는 유로를 갖는 유로 부착 판형상 부재와, 상기 유로에 면하는 위치에서 상기 유로 부착 판형상 부재에 고정된 렌즈를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 마이크로 화학 시스템용 칩 부재.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 렌즈의 초점 위치가 상기 유로 내에 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 마이크로 화학 시스템용 칩 부재.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 렌즈는, 스페이서를 통해서 상기 유로 부착 판형상 부재에 고정되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 마이크로 화학 시스템용 칩 부재.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 렌즈는, 굴절률 분포형 렌즈인 것을 특징으로 하는 마이크로 화학 시스템용 칩 부재.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 굴절률 분포형 렌즈는 상기 유로 부착 판형상 부재의 한쪽 면에 배치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 마이크로 화학 시스템용 칩 부재.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 굴절률 분포형 렌즈는 원주형상의 렌즈(solid cylindrical lens)로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 마이크로 화학 시스템용 칩 부재.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 굴절률 분포형 렌즈는 플레이너(planer) 렌즈로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 마이크로 화학 시스템용 칩 부재.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 유로에 관해서 상기 굴절률 분포형 렌즈에 대향하는 위치에서 상기 유로 부착 판형상 부재의 다른 쪽 면에 제2 굴절률 분포형 렌즈가 고정되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 마이크로 화학 시스템용 칩 부재.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 제2 굴절률 분포형 렌즈는 원주형상의 렌즈로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 마이크로 화학 시스템용 칩 부재.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 제2 굴절률 분포형 렌즈는 플레이너 렌즈로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 마이크로 화학 시스템용 칩 부재.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 굴절률 분포형 렌즈는, 상기 유로 부착 판형상 부재 중에 장착되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 마이크로 화학 시스템용 칩 부재.
- 제11항에 있어서, 상기 굴절률 분포형 렌즈는 원주형상의 렌즈로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 마이크로 화학 시스템용 칩 부재.
- 제11항에 있어서, 상기 유로에 관해서 상기 굴절률 분포형 렌즈에 대향하는 위치에서 상기 유로 부착 판형상 부재 중에 제2 굴절률 분포형 렌즈가 장착되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 마이크로 화학 시스템용 칩 부재.
- 제13항에 있어서, 상기 제2 굴절률 분포형 렌즈는 원주형상의 렌즈로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 마이크로 화학 시스템용 칩 부재.
- 제1항 내지 제14항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 유로 부착 판형상 부재는 유리제인 것을 특징으로 하는 마이크로 화학 시스템용 칩 부재.
- 제15항에 있어서, 상기 마이크로 화학 시스템은 분석 장치인 것을 특징으로 하는 마이크로 화학 시스템용 칩 부재.
- 마이크로 화학 시스템에 있어서, 제1항 내지 제14항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 마이크로 화학 시스템용 칩 부재와, 소정 파장의 여기광을 출력하는 여기광 광원과, 파장이 상기 여기광과 다른 검출광을 출력하는 검출광 광원과, 상기 여기광과 상기 검출광을 동축적으로 상기 유로 내의 시료에 입사시키는 입사 광학계와, 상기 시료로부터의 출력광을 인도하는 출사 광학계와, 상기 출사 광학계를 통해서 상기 출력광을 검출하는 검출기를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 마이크로 화학 시스템.
- 제17항에 있어서, 상기 마이크로 화학 시스템용 칩 부재의 상기 유로 부착 판형상 부재는 유리제인 것을 특징으로 하는 마이크로 화학 시스템.
- 제17항에 있어서, 상기 굴절률 분포형 렌즈는, 상기 여기광의 초점 위치에 대한 상기 검출광의 초점 위치의 어긋남이 소정의 최적치가 되도록, 색수차 특성이 조정되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 마이크로 화학 시스템.
- 제17항에 있어서, 상기 마이크로 화학 시스템은 분석 장치인 것을 특징으로 하는 마이크로 화학 시스템.
- 제17항에 있어서, 상기 마이크로 화학 시스템용 칩 부재에 상기 여기광 광원과, 상기 검출광 광원과, 상기 입사 광학계와, 상기 출사 광학계가 장착된 것을 특징으로 하는 마이크로 화학 시스템.
