Claims (2)
- 순무의 잎과 뿌리 부분을 분리하고, 각각의 부분을 뿌리는 1cm, 잎은 3cm의 크기로 절단하는 공정; 상기 절단된 순무를 20∼24℃의 온도에서 48∼50시간 1차 냉풍 건조시키되, 평균 12시간마다 뒤집어주는 공정; 냉풍 건조된 순무와 감식초를 1:2의 비율로 넣고 진공숙성탱크에서는 10 일간 또는 자연발효 상태에서는 6개월간 발효시키는 공정; 발효된 순무를 건져 태양에서 48시간 건조하는 공정; 20∼24℃의 온도에서 48∼50시간 냉풍 건조하는 2차 건조 공정; 건조된 순무를 파우더로 분쇄하는 공정; 상기 파우더에서 이물질 및 쇳가루를 제거하는 공정; 감식초에 상기 순무 파우더와 순무청 및 현미찹쌀풀을 소정의 비율로 골고루 혼합하는 공정; 상기 혼합물을 환, 과립, 파우더, 캡슐 및 타블렛으로 이루어지는 군에서 선택된 형태로 성형하는 공정; 및 상기 성형물을 건조하는 공정을 포함하여 이루어지는 순무 건강 보조제 제조방법.
