Claims (7)
- 무선랜 환경에서의 핸드오버 방법에 있어서,예약 필드에 액세스 라우터의 식별정보가 포함된 비컨 시그널을 수신하는 단계와,상기 비컨 시그널에 포함된 액세스 라우터의 식별 정보를 이용하여 액세스 라우터의 변동이 있는지에 따라, 기존에 서비스받은 액세스 라우터와 상기 액세스 라우터의 식별 정보가 같은 경우에는 레이어 2 핸드오버를 수행하고, 기존에 서비스 받은 액세스 라우터와 상기 액세스 라우터의 식별 정보가 다른 경우에는 레이어 2 핸드오버와 레이어 3 핸드오버를 수행하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 무선랜 환경에서의 핸드오버 방법.

- 제1항에 있어서,상기 예약 필드는 커퍼빌리티 인포메이션(capability information) 필드에 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는 무선랜 환경에서의 핸드오버 방법.
- 무선랜 환경에서의 핸드오버를 수행하는 모바일 노드 장치에 있어서,예약 필드에 액세스 라우터의 식별정보가 포함된 비컨 시그널을 수신하는 비컨 시그널 수신부와,상기 비컨 시그널에 포함된 액세스 라우터의 식별 정보와 기존에 서비스 받은 액세스 라우터의 식별정보를 비교하는 판단부와,상기 판단부의 판단결과를 이용하여 액세스 라우터의 변동이 있는지에 따라 기존에 서비스받은 액세스 라우터와 상기 액세스 라우터의 식별 정보가 같은 경우에는 레이어 2 핸드오버를 수행하고, 기존에 서비스 받은 액세스 라우터와 상기 액세스 라우터의 식별 정보가 다른 경우에는 레이어 2 핸드오버와 레이어 3 핸드오버를 수행하는 핸드오버 수행부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 무선랜 환경에서의 핸드오버를 수행하는 모바일 노드 장치.

- 제4항에 있어서,상기 예약 필드는 커퍼빌리티 인포메이션 필드에 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는 무선랜 환경에서의 핸드오버를 수행하는 모바일 노드 장치.
- 무선랜환경에서 핸드오버 수행을 위한 비컨 시그널 구조에 있어서,예약 필드에 액세스 라우터의 식별 정보가 삽입된 커퍼빌리티 인포메이션 필드를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 비컨 시그널 구조.
