Claims (10)
- 백라이트유닛에 있어서,광을 발생하는 다수의 LED와, 상기 다수의 LED를 지지하며 구동하는 LED기판을 갖는 LED모듈과;상기 LED모듈로부터 발생된 광을 확산하도록 상기 LED모듈의 상측에 이격되어 마련된 확산시트와;상기 확산시트의 상측에 이격되어 마련된 광학시트와;상기 LED모듈의 배면에 마련되어 상기 LED모듈을 지지하는 모듈지지대와;상기 모듈지지대 및 상기 확산시트를 지지하는 샤시조립체와;상기 샤시조립체에 대해 상기 확산시트 및 상기 광학시트를 지지하는 복수의 지지핀을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 백라이트유닛.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 샤시조립체는,상기 모듈지지대를 지지하도록 상기 모듈지지대의 하부면에 마련된 베이스부와, 상기 베이스부로부터 연장되어 상기 모듈지지대의 측면에 마련된 사이드부를 갖는 하부샤시와;상기 사이드부의 상측에 마련되어 상기 광학시트를 지지하는 중간샤시와;상기 중간샤시의 상측에 마련되어 상기 중간샤시 및 하부샤시와 일체로 결합 되는 상부샤시를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 백라이트유닛.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 확산시트와 상기 광학시트 사이의 가장자리에 마련되어 상기 확산시트와 상기 광학시트 사이의 측면으로 방출되는 광을 반사하도록 경사지게 마련된 복수의 반사판을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 백라이트유닛.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 각 반사판에는 적어도 하나의 돌기가 마련되며, 상기 하부샤시에는 상기 돌기를 수용하는 돌기수용부가 마련된 것을 특징으로 하는 백라이트유닛.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 확산시트는 상기 반사판의 하부면 및 상기 사이드부에 절곡된 확산시트지지부 사이에 삽입되어 지지되며,상기 광학시트는 상기 반사판의 상부면 및 상기 중간샤시 사이에 삽입되어 지지되는 것을 특징으로 하는 백라이트유닛.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 확산시트와 상기 LED모듈 사이에 상기 다수의 LED 중 적어도 둘을 수용하도록 제1관통부가 마련하여 상기 확산시트에서 반사된 광을 상기 확산시트로 반 사하는 반사시트를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 백라이트유닛.
- 제6항에 있어서,상기 지지핀은 상기 확산시트를 관통하여 지지하는 확산시트결합부와, 상기 광학시트의 하부면과 접촉하여 지지하는 광학시트지지부와, 상기 반사시트를 관통하여 지지하는 반사시트결합부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 백라이트유닛.
- 제7항에 있어서,상기 샤시조립체의 배면에는 상기 지지핀과 결합되는 복수의 지지핀결합부가 마련되며,상기 복수의 지지핀결합부는 상기 샤시조립체의 배면 중심점을 기준으로 점대칭을 이루도록 마련된 것을 특징으로 하는 백라이트유닛.
- 제6항에 있어서,상기 반사시트와 상기 LED모듈 사이에서 상기 각 LED을 수용하도록 제2관통부가 마련하여 상기 확산시트에서 반사된 광을 상기 확산시트로 반사하는 보조반사시트를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 백라이트유닛.
- 제6항에 있어서,상기 모듈지지대에는 상기 반사시트를 지지하는 반사시트지지부가 마련된 것 을 특징으로 하는 백라이트유닛.
