Claims (8)
- 반응기에 일정량의 아로마틱 나프타 용제를 넣는 단계;상기 반응기를 밀봉하고 액화시킨 올레핀계 화합물을 상기 반응기에 도입하는 단계;상기 반응기에 도입된 올레핀계 화합물을 교반시키면서 파울링을 생성시키는 단계;상기 파울링을 생성시킨 후 상기 반응기를 열어 남겨진 액체를 분리하는 단계; 및상기 남겨진 액체로부터 파울링에 의해 생성된 레지듀(residue)의 함량을 측정하는 단계를 포함하는 올레핀계 화합물의 파울링 생성정도 정량방법.
- 제1항에서, 상기 일정량의 아로마틱 나프타 용제에 올레핀계 파울링의 억제 정도를 측정하기 원하는 산화방지제를 용해시켜 아로마틱 나프타 용액을 생성시키는 과정을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 올레핀계 화합물의 파울링 생성정도 정량방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에서, 상기 남겨진 액체로부터 파울링에 의해 생성된 레지듀(residue)의 함량을 측정하는 단계는 상기 남겨진 액체의 전체질량을 측정하는 과정과 상기 측정된 전체질량으로부터 처음에 반응기에 넣은 아로마틱 나프타 용제 또는 아로마틱 나프타 용액의 질량을 빼는 과정을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 올레핀계 화합물의 파울링 생성정도 정량방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에서, 상기 남겨진 액체로부터 파울링에 의해 생성된 레지듀(residue)의 함량을 측정하는 단계는 상기 남겨진 액체에 메탄올을 부가하여 침전물을 생성하는 과정과 상기 생성된 침전물을 여과하는 과정과 상기 여과된 침전물의 질량을 측정하는 과정을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 올레핀계 화합물의 파울링 생성정도 정량방법.
- 제1항의 방법에 의해 측정된 레지듀 (residue)의 함량에 따라 올레핀계 화합물의 파울링을 억제하는데 효과적인 산화방지제의 종류 및 함량을 결정하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 올레핀계 화합물의 파울링 생성 억제방법.
- 제5항에서, 상기 산화방지제의 종류 및 함량을 결정하는 단계에서 결정된 산화방지제가 4-하이드록시 TEMPO (2,2,6,6 -tetramethyl-1-piperidine oxoammonium ion)인 것을 특징으로 하는 올레핀계 화합물의 파울링 생성 억제방법.
- 제5항 또는 제6항에서, 상기 산화방지제가 4-하이드록시 TEMPO인 경우 상기 4-하이드록시 TEMPO를 올레핀계 화합물에 첨가하는 함량이 0.1 내지 1000ppm인 것 을 특징으로 하는 올레핀계 화합물의 파울링 생성 억제방법.
- 제5항 또는 제6항에서, 파울링을 억제하고자 하는 상기 올레핀계 화합물은 부다디엔을 포함하는 C4-C6 사이의 올레핀계 화합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 올레핀계 화합물의 파울링 생성 억제방법.
