Claims (4)
- 히터가 내장된 입자적재함(10)과;상기 입자적재함(10)의 상측면에 형성되어 공급용 입자(100)가 채워지는 입자홈(110)과;입자배출통(120)의 중심부에는 상기 입자홈(110)에 인접하도록 설치되어 공급용 입자(100)가 흡입되어 입자공급로(40)를 통하여 외부로 배출되도록 마련된 입자흡입노즐(20)이 설치되며,상기 입자배출통(120)의 일측면에는 외부에서 압축공기가 공급되도록 압축공기 공급구(90)가 형성되며,상기 입자배출통(120)의 하측 말단은 막혀 있으며,상기 입자 배출통(120)의 상측면은 상기 압축공기 공급구(90)로부터 입자배출통(120)으로 공급되는 압축공기가 외부로 배출되도록 입자 공급로(40)가 형성되도록 이루어진 입자 공급부(150);를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이송식 입자분산 공급장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 압축공기 공급구(90)의 위치는 상기 입자 배출통(120)의 중심부에 설치된 입자 흡입노즐(20)의 상측끝단보다 상대적으로 낮도록 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 이송식 입자분산 공급장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 입자 공급부(150)는 모터제어장치(50)에 연결된 이송대(70)에 장착되어 이송되도록 이루어 진 것을 특징으로 하는 이송식 입자분산 공급장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 히터내장 분체 적재함(10)의 온도를 조절하도록 마련된 온도 조절장치(80)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이송식 입자분산 공급장치.
