Claims (6)
- 하기의 단계에 따라, 적층될 표면에 폴리올레핀 층을 적어도 가지는 최내층 필름, 알루미늄 호일, 폴리올레핀 적층 및 섬유성 커리어 층으로 이루어진 웹 형상의 포장용 라미네이트를 제조하는 라미네이트의 제조 방법에 있어서,(a) 최내층 필름의 적층될 표면을, 에틸렌 아크릴산 공중합체, 에틸렌 메타크릴산 공중합체 및 이오노머로부터 선택된 적어도 하나의 접착제 수지로 도포하는 단계;(b) 접착제 수지로 도포된 최내층 필름의 표면에 건식 적층용 접착제 또는 앵커 코트제를 가하여, 알루미늄 호일을 적층시키는 단계;(c) 알루미늄 호일 적층으로 수득한 웹 형상의 라미네이트를 릴 형상으로 감은 후, 릴을 성숙 및 유지시키는 단계;(d) 상기 유지된 릴로부터 라미네이트를 풀어내고, 알루미늄 호일 표면을 코로나 방전 처리하는 단계; 및(e) 코로나 방전 처리한 알루미늄 호일 표면에 용융-적층 수지를 압출성형 적층시켜, 섬유성 커리어 층을 적층시키는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 라미네이트의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 폴리올레핀-최내층 필름이 오염물질을 포함하지 않는 것을 특징으로 하는 라미네이트의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 폴리올레핀-최내층 필름이 좁은 분자량 분포를 가진 선형 저밀도 폴리에틸렌을 적어도 함유하며, 평균 밀도 0.900 내지 0.915, 최대 용융점 88 내지 103℃, 용융류 지수 5 내지 20, 팽창비 (SR) 1.4 내지 1.6, 및 층 두께 20 내지 50㎛의 특성 파라미터를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 라미네이트의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 건식 적층용 접착제가 가열할 음식물용 품질 보존제를 함유하고, 상기 가열할 음식물용 품질 보존제는 아스코르브산 또는 아스코르베이트 또는 비타민 E인 것을 특징으로 하는 라미네이트의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,건식 적층용 접착제층에 실질적으로 균일하게 분포되어 있는 미세 필로실리케이트, 및 아스코르브산 또는 아스코르베이트 또는 비타민 E인 가열할 음식물용 품질 보존제를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 라미네이트의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,15 내지 30℃의 정상 온도에서 48 내지 72시간 동안 성숙시킴으로써, 상기 릴 형상의 라미네이트를 유지시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 라미네이트의 제조 방법.
