Claims (19)
- 전압이 인가되는 전극에 모재를 배치하고, 이 모재를 코팅하기 위한 크롬 이온을 전해액 중에 존재하게 한 상태에서, 상기 모재에 세라믹 크롬 층을 코팅하는 전해 코팅 방법에 있어서,상기 전해액은 이 전해액 내에 이온 형태로 존재하는 결정성 캐리어 구조체를 포함하며, 이 결정성 캐리어 구조체는 상기 전해액 중에 존재하는 크롬 이온의 캐리어로서 기능을 하며, 상기 결정성 캐리어 구조체는 상기 전해 코팅 방법에 의해 모재 상에 형성되는 세리믹 크롬 층에 혼입되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전해 코팅 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 결정성 캐리어 구조체는 제올라이트인 것을 특징으로 하는 전해 코팅 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 모재는 이 모재 상에 상기 세라믹 크롬 층이 형성되는 동안에 전위가 일정하게 유지되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전해 코팅 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 사용되는 상기 결정성 캐리어 구조체는 산(acid)에 대해 안정적인 것을 특징으로 하는 전해 코팅 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 사용되는 상기 결정성 캐리어 구조체는 열적으로 안정적인 것을 특징으로 하는 전해 코팅 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 사용되는 상기 결정성 캐리어 구조체는 Cr3+의 캐리어로서 기능을 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전해 코팅 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 사용되는 상기 결정성 캐리어 구조체는 Cr6+의 캐리어로서 기능을 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전해 코팅 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 제올라이트는 MFI 형 구조인 것을 특징으로 하는 전해 코팅 방법.
- 모재상에 도포되는 세라믹 크롬 층으로서, 이 크롬 층은 청구항 제1항에 기재된 전해 코팅 방법에 의해 형성되고, 결정성 캐리어 구조체를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 세라믹 크롬 층.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 결정성 캐리어 구조체는 제올라이트인 것을 특징으로 하는 세라믹 크롬 층.

- 제9항 또는 제10항에 있어서, 상기 결정성 캐리어 구조체는 산에 대해 안정적인 것을 특징으로 하는 세리믹 크롬 층.
- 제9항 또는 제10항에 있어서, 상기 결정성 캐리어 구조체는 열적으로 안정적인 것을 특징으로 하는 세라믹 크롬 층.
- 제9항 또는 제10항에 있어서, 상기 결정성 캐리어 구조체는 Cr3+ 이온에 화학적으로 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 세라믹 크롬 층.
- 제9항 또는 제10항에 있어서, 상기 결정성 캐리어 구조체는 Cr6+ 이온에 화학적으로 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 세라믹 크롬 층.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 제올라이트는 MFI형 구조인 것을 특징으로 하는 세라믹 크롬 층.
- 제9항 또는 제10항에 있어서, 상기 결정성 캐리어 구조체 내에는, 상기 세라믹 크롬 층의 온도 상승시 수소의 비등 방출(boiling out)을 방지하도록, 수소가 결합될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 세라믹 크롬 층.
