Claims (6)
- (a) 난각을 수분이 있는 상태에서 분쇄기로 10∼30 mesh의 크기로 조쇄하는 단계;(b) 상기 (a)의 조쇄된 난각분을 건조하는 단계;(c) 상기 (b)의 건조된 난각분을 밀폐시킨 공간에서 적어도 80mesh의 크기로 미세하게 분쇄하는 단계;(d) 상기 (c)의 미분쇄된 난각분을 5∼50%의 유기산에 넣고 70∼100℃의 온도에서 정치하여 용해시키는 단계;(e) 상기 (d)의 난각/유기산 용액을 마이크로 필터에 여과하고, 이의 여액을 얻는 단계;(f) 상기 (e)의 여액을 감압증류하여, 증발되는 유기산 증기는 냉각 및 응축시켜 다시 유기산으로 포집하여 별도 보관하면서 재사용하고, 남은 여액이 최초 여액 부피의 40∼50% 까지 1차 농축하는 단계(g) 상기 (f)의 1차 농축액을 교반하면서 상압증류하여, 증발되는 초산액 증기는 강제 흡입하여 외부로 배출시키면서, 수분함량이 20∼30 %인 페이스트 상태로 2차 농축하는 단계; 및(h) 상기 (f)의 2차 농축액을 70∼80℃의 열풍 건조실에서 건조하여 수분함량이 8∼12%인 고체 상태의 유기산칼슘을 얻는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 난각을 이용한 식용 수용성 유기산칼슘의 제조 방법.

- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 (d) 단계의 유기산은 20∼25% 농도의 유기산인 것을 특징으로 하는 식용 수용성 유기산칼슘의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 유기산은 초산 또는 젖산인 것을 특징으로 하는 식용 수용성 유기산칼슘의 제조방법.
- 삭제
- 제 1 항에 있어서,난각은 계란, 거위알, 오리알 및 메추리알로 이루어지는 군에서 선택된 적어도 한종의 조란의 껍질인 것을 특징으로 하는 식용 수용성 유기산칼슘의 제조방 법.
