Description
상기 전열판(130)의 외경은 상기 원주프레임(160)의 내경보다는 작게 하여서, 상기 전열판(130)의 회전이 상기 원주프레임(160)에 의하여 방해를 받지 못하도록 하여야 한다.
Claims (8)
- 상호 평행하게 흐르는 유입 공기와 배출 공기 간에 열교환이 이루어지는 환기장치에 있어서:내부에 상호 평행한 흡입덕트 및 배출덕트를 구비하는 본체;열을 이동시키기 위하여 상기 본체의 흡입덕트와 배출덕트의 내부공간을 관통하면서 주축을 중심으로 회전하고, 복수의 통공이 형성된 다수의 전열판;상기 흡입덕트 및 배출덕트의 일측면에 장착되어 공기를 송풍하고 배풍하는 한 쌍의 송풍팬; 및상기 주축을 회전시키는 모터;를 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 로터리형 열회수 환기장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 본체는 중공부가 형성되는 원통형상이고, 평판 형상의 격리판에 의하여 상기 중공부가 이분되어서 상기 흡입덕트와 배출덕트가 형성되며, 상기 격리판에는 상기 전열판이 관통할 수 있는 복수의 절개홈이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 로터리형 열회수 환기장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 본체는 상하로 이분할되어 플랜지로 결합되는 것을 특 징으로 하는 로터리형 열회수 환기장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 절개홈에는 상기 전열판이 삽입된 상태에서 기체의 흐름이 차단되는 밀봉체가 추가로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 로터리형 열회수 환기장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 본체는 결합볼트가 관통할 수 있는 볼트구멍이 일정거리 마다 이격되게 형성되는 링 형상의 원주프레임과, 주축이 관통되는 축구멍이 중심부에 형성되고 상기 원주프레임의 직경방향으로 형성되는 격리프레임이 일체로 성형된 분할구;가 복수로 연결되어서 원통형상을 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 로터리형 열회수 환기장치.
- 제5항에 있어서, 다수의 상기 분할구는 상기 볼트구멍에 장착되는 결합볼트에 의해서 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 로터리형 열회수 환기장치.
- 제5항 또는 제6항에 있어서, 상기 분할구와 분할구 사이에는 전열판이 안착되고, 상기 전열판은 상기 축구멍에 안착되는 주축에 의하여 회전되는 것을 특징으로 하는 로터리형 열회수 환기장치.
- 제5항 또는 제6항에 있어서, 상기 분할구의 원주프레임의 단부 일측면에는 돌출턱이 형성되고 타측면에는 단턱이 형성되어, 연결되는 상기 분할구는 상기 돌출턱과 단턱에 의하여 서로 밀착되게 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 로터리형 열회수 환기장치.
