Description

Claims (46)
- 수불용성이고, 이황화 결합(disulfide linkages)을 함유하는 중합체 수지의 고체 투과성 껍질 속에 포함된 하나 이상의 살충제를 포함하는 액체 핵 물질을 포함하는 마이크로캡슐.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 살충제는 최소한 하나 이상의 멸충제인 마이크로캡슐.
- 제 2항에 있어서, 최소한 하나 이상의 멸충제가 피리트로이드인 마이크로캡슐.
- 제 3항에 있어서, 피리트로이드가 람다 사이할로트린인 마이크로캡슐.
- 제 2항에 있어서, 최소한 하나 이상의 멸충제가 오가노포스포러스 멸충제인 마이크로캡슐.
- 제 5항에 있어서, 오가노포스포러스 멸충제가 클로르피리포스인 마이크로캡슐.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 살충제가 최소한 하나 이상의 제초제인 마이크로캡슐.
- 제 7항에 있어서, 최소한 하나 이상의 제초제가 부틸레이트 마이크로캡슐.
- 제 1항 내지 제 8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 살충제가 용매 내에 용해된 고체 살충제인 마이크로캡슐.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 액체 핵 물질이 액체 핵 전체로 분산된 고체 자외선 보호를 추가적으로 포함하는 마이크로캡슐.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 이황화 결합의 절단을 유발하지 않는 환경에서 캡슐 벽을 통한 확산에 의해 캡슐화된 물질이 점진적으로 방출되는 마이크로캡슐.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 이황화 결합이 주위 환경 조건으로 인해 절단되어 캡슐화된 성분을 신속하게 방출하는 마이크로캡슐.
- (a) 하나 이상의 살충제와 벽 형성 성분으로 구성된 유기 상을 준비하는 단계;(b) 수성상 전체에 유기상의 소적들이 분리되어 분산되어 있는 연속 수성 상내 유기 상 유액을 제조하는 단계; 및(c) 벽 형성을 유발하여 분리된 유기 상 소적들을 마이크로캡슐로 전환시키는 단계;로 구성되는 마이크로캡슐 벽 안에서 이황화 결합을 가지는 마이크로캡슐의 제조 방법.
- 제 13항에 있어서, 벽 형성 물질은 최소한 하나 이상의 가교결합제를 포함하는 방법.
- 제 14항에 있어서, 최소한 하나 이상의 가교결합제는 폴리티올 화합물인 방법.
- 제 15항에 있어서, 폴리티올 화합물은 티올-함유 에스테르인 방법.
- 제 15항에 있어서, 폴리티올 화합물은 티올-함유 아미드인 방법.
- 제 14항에 있어서, 벽 형성 물질은 알킬레이트된 아미노 포름알데히드 예비중합체를 추가적으로 포함하는 방법.
- 제 18항에 있어서, 아미노 예비중합체는 우레아-포름알데히드 예비중합체인 방법.
- 제 18항에 있어서, 아미노 예비 중합체를 폴리티올 화합물과 가교결합시키는 것을 추가적으로 포함하는 방법.
- 제 20항에 있어서, 아미노 예비중합체와 가교결합시키기 전에 폴리티올 화합물로부터 이황화 결합을 형성하는 것을 추가로 포함하는 방법.

- 제 13항 내지 제 22항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 수성 상이, 유기/수성 상 계면에 인접한 유기 상내 티올을 커플링하여 이황화 결합을 형성할 수 있는 하나 이상의 산화제를 추가로 포함하는 방법.
- 제 23항에 있어서, 수성 상이, 유기 상내에서 티올 결합을 커플링하여 이황화 결합을 형성할 수 있는 산화제의 혼합물을 추가로 포함하는 방법.
- 제 23항에 있어서, 산화제가 요오드, 염화제2철, 과산화수소 그리고 중크롬산 칼륨에서 선택되는 방법.
- 제 23항에 있어서, 산화제를 5 - 70℃사이의 온도에서 가하는 방법.
- 제 26항에 있어서, 산화제를 20 - 50℃사이의 온도에서 가하는 방법.
- 제 23항에 있어서, 산성 용액 내에서 산화되는 것을 추가로 포함하는 방법.
- 제 23항에 있어서, pH가 중성 이상인 용액에서 산화시키는 것을 추가로 포함하는 방법.
- 제 13항에 있어서, 수성 상이 보호 콜로이드로 구성된 방법.
- 제 30항에 있어서, 수성 상이 티오에테르 결합의 형성을 촉진할 수 있는 촉매를 추가로 포함하는 방법.
- 제 13항에 있어서, 유액 제조 전에 수성 상에 하나 이상의 산화제를 가하는 것을 추가로 포함하는 방법.
- 제 13항에 있어서, 유액 제조 후에 수성 상에 하나 이상의 산화제를 가하는 것을 추가로 포함하는 방법.
- 제 13항에 있어서, 유액 제조 전후에 수성 상에 하나 이상의 산화제를 가하는 것을 추가로 포함하는 방법.
- 제 13항에 있어서, 하나 이상의 산화제를 유액 제조 전에 수성상에 가하고, 유액 제조 후에 두 번째 산화제를 가하는 것을 추가로 포함하는 방법.
- 제 13항에 있어서, 제 13항의 (c) 단계 내의 이황화 결합의 형성 또는 축합, 및 벽 형성 물질의 경화에 의하여 하나 이상의 살충제를 캡슐화하는 벽 형성 방법.
- 제 38항에 있어서, 이황화 결합의 축합 또는 형성을 완료시킬 수 있는 시간 동안 유액의 pH를 0-4로 유지하기 위해 유액에 산화제를 가하는 것을 추가적으로 포함하는 방법.
