Abstract
Description
여기서, 수직 블랭킹 구간은 수평 동기 신호의 각 라인에 동일한 시간 간격으로 분할 배분되도록 타이밍 제어기에서 조절하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
또한, 조절된 수평 주기 신호를 갖는 수평 동기 신호의 주기에 대응되게 출력제어 신호의 주기를 조절하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
Claims (3)
- 입력 신호를 액정 디스플레이의 매트릭스 구조에 필요한 신호로 변조시키는 타이밍 제어기와, 입력 신호의 레벨을 변화시키는 DC/DC 변환기와, 상기 타이밍 제어기와 상기 DC/DC 변환기의 출력 신호를 입력받아서 액정 디스플레이 패널의 게이트 라인을 구동하기 위한 게이트 구동부와, 상기 타이밍 제어기와 상기 DC/DC 변환기의 출력 신호를 입력받아서 액정 디스플레이 패널의 소오스 라인을 통해 데이터 신호를 인가하기 위한 소오스 구동부 및, 상기 게이트 구동부와 상기 소오스 구동부로부터 인가된 신호에 의해 화면을 디스플레이하는 패널을 포함하는 박막 트랜지스터 액정 디스플레이 장치의 구동 방법에 있어서,수직 동기 신호의 수직 블랭킹 구간을 수평 라인수 만큼 분할하는 단계;상기 분할된 구간에 대응되는 시간만큼 주기가 증가하도록 수평 주기 신호를 조절하는 단계; 및상기 수직 블랭킹 구간을 포함하여 수평 주기를 설정하고, 상기 수평 주기에 상기 조절된 주기를 갖는 수평 동기 신호를 적용하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 디스플레이 장치의 구동 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 수직 블랭킹 구간은 수평 동기 신호의 각 라인에 동일한 시간 간격으로 분할 배분되도록 타이밍 제어기에서 조절하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 디스플레이 장치의 구동 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 조절된 수평 주기 신호를 갖는 수평 동기 신호의 주기에 대응되게 출력제어 신호의 주기를 조절하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 디스플레이 장치의 구동 방법.
