Claims (4)
- 내부에 형성된 중공과, 챔버와 상기 중공을 연결하는 제1통로와, 상기 중공과 진공펌프를 연결하는 제2통로를 갖는 제1몸체;상기 제1몸체의 제1통로와 대향되는 곳에 결합되고, 중앙부에 제1관통홀이 형성되며, 내측에 벨로우즈가 구비되어 있는 제2몸체;상기 제2몸체에 결합되고, 중앙부에 제2관통홀이 형성된 실플레이트를 포함하는 실린더;상기 실린더 내에서 왕복되는 피스톤;상기 피스톤에 연결되어 상기 제1관통홀 및 제2관통홀을 통과하는 샤프트;상기 샤프트에 결합되어 제1통로를 개폐하는 밀폐판; 및상기 제2몸체와 맞닿는 상기 밀폐판의 후면 또는 상기 밀폐판과 맞닿는 상기 제2몸체에 결합되는 오링;을 포함하되, 상기 제2몸체에는 상기 벨로우즈가 고정되는 벨로우즈 고정부와 상기 샤프트의 이동과 함께 움직이며 상기 샤프트의 이동을 안내하는 샤프트 안내부를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 기밀성이 강화된 앵글밸브.

- 청구항 제1에 있어서,상기 오링은 테프론 재질인 것을 특징으로 하는 기밀성이 강화된 앵글밸브.
- 청구항 제1에 있어서,상기 샤프트에는 코일스프링이 끼워져 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 기밀성이 강화된 앵글밸브.
