Description
Claims (51)
- 평균 두께가 10㎛ 미만인 전극으로서, 일차 입자(primary particle)의 평균 크기가 100nm 미만인 입자를 포함하며, 표면 거칠기의 제곱 평균 제곱근(RMS: Root Mean Square)이 5㎛ 미만인 것인 전극.
- 제1항에 있어서, 평균 두께가 5㎛ 미만인 것인 전극.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 입자의 평균 직경의 4배보다 큰 직경을 갖는 입자가 106개당 1개 미만인 것인 전극.
- 양극과,음극과,상기 양극과 상기 음극과의 사이에 격리체를 포함하는 배터리로서,상기 양극과 음극 중 하나 이상은, 10㎛ 미만의 평균 두께를 가지고, 일차 입자(primary particle)의 평균 직경이 500nm 미만인 전기활성 입자를 포함하며, 표면 거칠기의 제곱 평균 제곱근(RMS: Root Mean Square)이 5㎛ 미만인 것인 배터리.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 양극 및 음극은 모두 10㎛ 미만의 평균 두께를 가지고, 일차 입자의 평균 직경이 500nm 미만인 전기활성 입자를 포함하는 것인 배터리.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 격리체는 10㎛ 미만의 두께를 갖는 것인 배터리.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 양극은 바나듐 산화물, 은 바나듐 산화물, 망간 산화물, 리튬 망간 산화물, 리튬 티타늄 산화물, 리튬 코발트 산화물, 리튬 니켈 산화물, 철 황화물, 몰리브덴 황화물 및 이들의 혼합물, 복합물 및 파생물로 이루어진 그룹에서 선택된 합성물을 포함하는 것인 배터리.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 전극 중 하나 이상은 5㎛ 미만의 평균 두께를 갖는 것인 배터리.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 입자의 평균 직경의 4배보다 큰 직경을 갖는 입자가 106개당 1개 미만인 것인 전극.
