Claims (9)
- 제 1항 내지 제 7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 리피드 래프트의 실시간 영상용 이광자 염료의 이광자 흡수 효율은 생체 상태에서 20GM 이상이며, 이광자 여기광원의 파장범위는 750∼1000nm이고, 형광의 파장범위는 400∼700nm인 것을 특징으로 하는 리피드 래프트의 실시간 영상용 이광자 염료.
- 제 1항 내지 제 7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 리피드 래프트의 실시간 영상용 이광자 염료의 이광자 흡수 효율은 150GM 이상이고, 소수성이 큰 환경(용매, 리포좀 및 GUV)에서는 430∼470nm의 형광을, 친수성 환경(용매, 리포좀 및 GUV)에서는 470∼530nm의 형광을 방출하는 것을 특징으로 하는 리피드 래프트의 실시간 영상용 이광자 염료.
