Abstract
Description
도시되지 않았으나, 케이싱(2) 바닥면에는 액체가 배출되기 위해 배수로 및 밸브 등이 연결될 수 있다.
본 실시예에서는 상기 케이싱(2)이 원통 형상인 것이 예시되어 있으나, 본 발명의 범위는 이에 한정되지 않는다. 즉, 케이싱(2)은 사각형, 오각형, 육각형, 팔각형 등 다각형의 형상을 가질 수 있음은 물론이다. 그러나, 효율 측면을 고려하면 원통형인 것이 바람직하다.
한편, 본 실시예에서는 케이싱(2)의 바닥면이 평면인 것이 예시되어 있으나, 본 발명의 범위는 이에 한정되지 않으며, 역원추형상을 가질 수 있다.
따라서, 상술한 바와 같이 구획판(3)의 옆면은 케이싱(2)의 내측면에 용접 등의 방법으로 밀폐되므로, 반응조(4a)와 분리조(4b)는 상기 통로(8)만을 통하여 서로 소통하게 된다.
만약, 구획판(3)이 상부에서 하부로 갈수록 케이싱의 바깥(원주)쪽으로 향하는 형태로 케이싱에 설치되었을 경우, 비중이 상대적으로 큰 다층필름은 구획판(3)의 바깥쪽에 형성된 분리조(4b)로 이동하지 않고 다른 필름과 같이 즉, 비중차이에 관계없이 반응조(4a) 내에서 상하 및 회전운동을 하게 된다.
Claims (5)
- 소정 크기로 분쇄된 다층필름의 알루미늄층을 용해하기 위한 용액이 채워지는 케이싱;용액과 알루미늄이 반응하는 중앙의 반응조와, 용액에 의하여 알루미늄이 완전히 용해된 다층필름을 분리하기 위하여 상기 반응조의 측부에 제공되는 하나 이상의 분리조로 상기 케이싱의 내부를 구획하기 위하여 상기 케이싱 내에 설치되는 구획판; 및상기 반응조의 상부에 설치되어, 반응조 내의 용액 및 알루미늄층이 용해된 다층필름을 반응조로부터 분리조로 보내기 위하여 반응조 내의 용액을 교반하는 교반기를 포함하며;상기 구획판은 상부에서 하부방향으로 갈수록 상기 케이싱의 중심을 향하도록 경사지게 설치되고, 그 상단은 상기 케이싱에 채워진 용액의 수위보다 높도록 위치되고 그 하단은 상기 케이싱의 바닥과의 사이에 통로가 형성되도록 상기 케이싱의 바닥으로부터 소정 높이에 위치되며, 상기 반응조와 상기 분리조는 상기 통로를 통하여 서로 소통하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폐다층 필름으로부터 알루미늄을 분리하기 위한 반응기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 구획판의 경사각도는 상기 케이싱의 바닥면과 45~85°의 각도로 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 폐다층 필름으로부터 알루미늄을 분리하기 위한 반응기.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 구획판은 상기 케이싱보다 큰 곡률 반경의 호형 사다리꼴 형상으로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 폐다층 필름으로부터 알루미늄을 분리하기 위한 반응기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 구획판은 꼭지잘린 원추형인 것을 특징으로 하는 폐다층 필름으로부터 알루미늄을 분리하기 위한 반응기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 구획판은 원통형인 것을 특징으로 하는 폐다층 필름으로부터 알루미늄을 분리하기 위한 반응기.
